I started doing this sometime last week and I noticed doing the lying angels that I get a pinchy feeling in my left shoulder blade and somewhat in the back of my upper arm muscle. Is this normal or should I back off?

Thank you so much! I really needed a good posture exercise routine. I have really been looking for exercises to do to help get my good posture back. I try to be mindful of not slouching, but I really needed more. I will put these into my day regularly and see how it helps!

Hello Coach..thanka for the wonderful and informative session. I tried the Home work out thrice and it feel great. I would like to improve my posture, I have slouching shoulders and nerd neck. Hope you have seen results already..but according to my personal experience, When I used to do posture exercises( only 1 exercise suggested by my friend), I saw results only in 1 week...please share your experience
Is this good for my shoulder pain?
Depends on the source of your shoulder pain.
I think i have a sprained ligament or muscle. I sprained it during bench press a while ago.

Is this just the first part of the 15 minute posture workout?
Yes, it is only the stretching (not strengthening) portion of that routine for those who don't have a full 15 minutes to devote. This video is better for just a quick stretch throughout the day.
HASfit OK, then I'll still do the 15min one after my workout. It's really nice of you to think of the people who are too busy to do the fool workout.
