Doing this because I'm getting married on Late november and I want to wear an updo, but I have a back hump. So... like my comment to remind me to do this, I'll update with my progress and the date I did the exercise routine. Day 1 (Feb 26) Day 2 (Feb 27): I feel some pain in the neck area. Probably going to ask my fiance to give me a massage there because I'm too tense anyway. Day 3 (Feb 28): Along with other exercises that I'm doing (I work from home as an EFL teacher and between one class and the next one I have between 1-4 hrs depending of the time of the day I do 1-2 videos along with cleaning and errands), my collarbones have become more noticeable. Day 4 (Feb 29): Stating to notice some reduction on the neck hump. Nothing major yet but there's some change. Day 5 (March 4): Couldn't do excercise from Friday to Sunday as I was too busy. Day 6 (March 5): I am noticing more changes, although I am also repeating the exercises during my down times during classes (after all they're online and I have my camera off). So that's also helping. I'm also doing the slim face excercises... in total I do like 40 minutes of exercise a day, along with smaller repetitions. Day 7 (March 6): My cat looks at me like I am crazy, mostly because I'm an appex predator using their energy reserves to move when I should be resting, lol. But overall, I've been feeling better. Day 8 (March 8) Day 9 (March 11): I've started to feel less back pain (on the last exercises I used to feel some pain, today it was a bit less). I think that from this week on, I'll try to do it twice a day so I'll mark it with 1/2 (9:42 am) and change it if I do (mostly because the date to go to see wedding dresses is near now) 2/2 (6:34 pm) Day 10 (March 12): There's still some of the hump there but it's less than I remember having back on February. My collarbones are more noticeable but not like hers (anyway I know that because of my body type -soft classic kibbe- it's less likely that I would have noticeable collarbones.) 1/2 ( 9.12 am) Day 11 (March 13): Woke up feeling a bit sore, but I also did more exercise yesterday (legs, because the spring break is almost here). Anyway, still noticing small changes. 1/2 Day 12 (March 14): Still sore, but I am still seeing small changes. Compared to the hump I had back in february, now it's way smaller. Maybe by April it will disapear?. Dya 14 (April 3rd): This weeks were a bit hectic, so I couldn't do any exercise. Still after the spring break I noticed that I don't feel pain when I do the last exercise, so that's good?

Doing this exercise since 2 months...I felt like somewhat chage in posture is there but more importantly there's so much relief in my Chronic upper back pain...now I'm doing this exercise for pain relief rather than posture correction

정말 감사합니다. my bad posture brings me lots of tension in my neck and shoulders. this whole exercise helps so much, but especially 06:20. and after many times of doing this, i realized this one right here brings me the most relief. i even do longer stretches and the exercise longer than 45 seconds. today it helped so much, doing this exercise much longer didn’t even do anything, it’s like it’s gotten rid of all of the tension and “pain” that comes with it. i’ve been slacking lately, i really need to do this more often. thank you thank you thank you.
Day 1: ✔upper back is sore but that give me satisfaction. Took before pics as well Day 2:✔streches neck and abs as well . I am happy i did it Day 3: ✔ Day 4:✔the difference is visible . I am so happy that it is improving.
It definitely works, but guys remember that you have to keep up with a good posture all day, when sitting and walking, it's uncomfortable but it's worth it. In my case I feel hotter and prettier when sitting straight, makes my body look very pretty. And it helps with back pain.
Let's try this for 10 days... Day 1 Completed: ✅ Was a little painful around my neck at times, but overall it felt very good! Day 2 Completed: ☑ Still a little painful during those parts where I have to lift my arms above the head, but overall was easier than yesterday! Day 3 Completed: ✅ Occasional pain persists but so do I... =) Day 4 Completed: ☑ The overall task is becoming easier to do and with very little pain now. As for improvement in the hump, I can't see much of a difference as yet. Day 5 Completed: ✅ Hardly any pain by Day 5. And during the day I try to remind myself to sit/walk/stand straight as often as possible. Be gone hump! Day 6 Completed: ☑ Felt almost no pain today, which is great. By Day 6, I've become much more aware of how I sit/walk/stand throughout the day. What a gain! Day 7 Completed: ✅ A whole week with Mizi! I feel like my rounded shoulders are getting the most benefit out of this workout - which is awesome. I never realised that they were in such a terrible shape to begin with. Sorry shoulders, I'll do better. Day 8 Completed: ☑ 8 days into this workout and all the associated pain is gone now. I have a feeling the pain shows you exactly where your muscles are tight or weak maybe? After Mizi's initiation I plan on continuing with general upper back workouts - can't wait! Day 9 Completed: ✅ As compared to Day 1, the overall flexibility in my shoulders, upper back and even lower back (!) has noticably improved. I feel all the more motivated to keep working on these areas to reduce the hump. Day 10 Completed: ☑ Did it! I stayed consistent with Mizi for 10 days and I can say that there are visible changes around the problem area(s). Of course, the hump took years of terrible posture to form and couldn't just magically flatten out in 10 days but the results of this mini workout routine certainly motivated me to keep working on it. Evidently, there is hope!

i guess these workouts can help, but you need to be patient and consistent. i am not sure if this will help with all of my problems but i think my problems will stay as long as i have a bad posture. and when i do this consistently, i can tell that it not only helps with my posture but also with my neck & shoulder tension. if i do this 10x and stop for a bit, then the tension doesn’t come back right away. it does though, eventually. i’m hoping to stay consistent though. i’ve been doing this on and off for a few months now. these days i’ve been consistent again. i might not always stick to these but it’s probably better to come back to this and do it even with a 1-2 month break. i hope to stick to this though. i think i would benefit even if i only did this 2x a week. even if its just with the tension. thank you for this!!
Ohhh that felt good I love how it incorporated massage too, never seen that in a YT video before. Def returning to this video. I am determined to fix my posture, sometimes I catch my reflection and it makes me sad. I have had enough. I will stick to this and I will improve my posture this time
Going to try this for 10 days. Day 1: The pain in my neck and shoulders felt relieved after completing the workout. Most moves were easy for me to do, but it was somewhat tiring. The massages really helped. (Took a break as I was travelling abroad!) Retry: Day 1: I did some yoga before this session so it felt a lot easier than the first time I attempted this challenge. I was feeling a bit of strain and tiredness during the shoulder blades workout, but it wasn’t a sensation that lasted after completing. The massages are still my favourite part lol! Day 2: Did my morning yoga, then following with these stretches. I feel my shoulders are less rounded. I still feel some strain around the 5 minute mark, but it’s not as strong as yesterday.

im gonna do this everyday for 2 weeks. like so i can keep you guys updated: day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅no changes yet ,but sore neck muscles day 3:✅exercises noticeably easier, no changes in appereance yet day 4: ✅small changes started occuring day 5: ✅reduced soreness, posture improved a little bit. day 6: ✅i did do it but forgot to update. anyway posture keeps improving bit by bit. day 7:✅ neck hump is significantly reduced but i do not see a lot of changes in head posture. day 8:✅looser muscles and i started noticing changes in head posture.
Where have you been all my life? 😂 16 years of football and a desk job have my neck not feeling awesome as I get older. These exercises are great. I like that you have a timer and show people because it helps you learn the correct technique.
Have been doing this for 2 weeks i was not feeling any significant difference but yesterday my mother told that my hump is half reduced i felt so happy

I wont disappear dw as i have to do this for 2 months and i have a well rounded neck so i need visible change y’all Day 1: It was alright didn’t feel any pain Day 2: Felt my neck to be a little sore but it was just fine atleast i didnt get a headache Day 3: again, all okay Day 4: I feel like i see some change but it can be psychological so i have taken ‘before’ neck pictures and will compare Day 5: again back feels great tho, so i’ll keep updating Day 6: oh theres change but ive got a big hump and it will take time Day 7 i skipped Day 8: damn i added another workout to this as this started feeling so less (90 degree get lean shoulders) Day 9 and 10 skipped Day 11: loved it can see difference in do pretty long workout now for my neck Day 12: skipped Day 13: did ok 14 15 skipped Day 16: ngl i did my workout i feel like my hump didnt even reduce im so sad bro i wanr it to go please I skip days and make up w a double workout so tomorrow gon be double now. Also i definitely see change that huge chunk of fat got small but i want a straight asf neck so weve kept 2 months for that💀💗
I will commit myself to do this every day till mid March I will report back to see if i have any results...stay tuned! EDIT 3/16/24: I definitely feel like my back muscles are more activated now, I noticed my rounded shoulder posture is improving, though my neck posture seems like it hasn't, It likely had to do with me not being aware of my posture while sitting at work or laying in bed. Now I'm making it a strive to stand up more rather than sitting and getting into a better sleep posture, just being more active in general. By then hope I'll see some changes like I already have for my rounded shoulder posture. Until next time...

O-Plan for 2 weeks: Day 1: 02-22-24 started doing this with stiff back before i go to bed, after doing it for the first time my back and neck relaxed a bit Day 2:I forgot Day 3:Done Day 6:Done, After I finished the workout on day 3 I saw a better posture the next day, though I keep forgetting to do this consistently

I’m doing this for 10 days and see how it goes: Day 1 (29 July 2024): This made me realize the poor shape of my arms. It hurt so bad! But just because my arms are really weak right now. I’m hoping it will hurt less each day.
I tried doing this. I did just once and my neck is in such bad shape that I had pain afterwards for a few days. I want to try again, but this time doing an easier adapted version until I can work up to enough strength to do them the way they are supposed to. I challenge myself to do this for 1 month and see if I can get some results. I don't want to live with this weak neck for the rest of my life.

Thank you Mizi for these helpful exercises! But I also thought it's important to ask you guys not to do the massage ones. So basically, this erea of the neck is a very sensitive erea that actually manages the amount of oxygen that reaches the brain. This massage should only be done by a professional and can cause fainting and/or death if not done properly. Take care guys and wish you the best❤
I definitely cannot have a slouchy humpy back with my sleeveless dress for 31 December damnit 😠😠😠 🏁Week 1 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ❌ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Update: my back is straight now! Yaay! Tho I should mention I've been doing this for a month now. And I also follow another video for straight back. Will post update weekly from now on. If you see no update then remind me to do so! 🏁Week 2 Day 1: ✅ you know what, most people never finish their updates and I find it frustrating. I'm not going to be one of them. I will keep updating until my back is absolutely straight Day 2: ✅ *Final update* My back is as straight as her's! So I will not continue following this video anymore. But you must know, I followed this video for about a month and a week, plus I followed two more videos from another channel. I only posted updates of my last week here because I forgot to put them since the time I started following this video. Following multiple videos did help me get a good result. I will continue this exercise. Because I fear if I let this habit go, I will be back to square one. But I will not follow this particular video. i guess these workouts can help, but you need to be patient and consistent. i am not sure if this will help with all of my problems but i think my problems will stay as long as i have a bad posture. and when i do this consistently, i can tell that it not only helps with my posture but also with my neck & shoulder tension. if i do this 10x and stop for a bit, then the tension doesn’t come back right away. it does though, eventually. i’m hoping to stay consistent though. i’ve been doing this on and off for a few months now. these days i’ve been consistent again. i might not always stick to these but it’s probably better to come back to this and do it even with a 1-2 month break. i hope to stick to this though. i think i would benefit even if i only did this 2x a week. even if its just with the tension. thank you for this!!

Day 1: The pain in my neck and shoulders felt relieved after completing the workout. Most moves were easy for me to do, but it was somewhat tiring. The massages really helped.
(Took a break as I was travelling abroad!)

Day 1: I did some yoga before this session so it felt a lot easier than the first time I attempted this challenge. I was feeling a bit of strain and tiredness during the shoulder blades workout, but it wasn’t a sensation that lasted after completing. The massages are still my favourite part lol!
Day 2: Did my morning yoga, then following with these stretches. I feel my shoulders are less rounded. I still feel some strain around the 5 minute mark, but it’s not as strong as yesterday.

day 3:✅exercises noticeably easier, no changes in appereance yet
day 4: ✅small changes started occuring
day 5: ✅reduced soreness, posture improved a little bit.
day 6: ✅i did do it but forgot to update. anyway posture keeps improving bit by bit.
day 7:✅ neck hump is significantly reduced but i do not see a lot of changes in head posture.
day 8:✅looser muscles and i started noticing changes in head posture.

Hey; i’ll update for this. I wont disappear dw as i have to do this for 2 months and i have a well rounded neck so i need visible change y’all
Day 1: It was alright didn’t feel any pain
Day 2: Felt my neck to be a little sore but it was just fine atleast i didnt get a headache
Day 3: again, all okay
Day 4: I feel like i see some change but it can be psychological so i have taken ‘before’ neck pictures and will compare
Day 5: again back feels great tho, so i’ll keep updating
Day 6: oh theres change but ive got a big hump and it will take time
Day 7 i skipped
Day 8: damn i added another workout to this as this started feeling so less (90 degree get lean shoulders)
Day 9 and 10 skipped
Day 11: loved it can see difference in do pretty long workout now for my neck

Day 13: did ok
14 15 skipped
Day 16: ngl i did my workout i feel like my hump didnt even reduce im so sad bro i wanr it to go please

EDIT 3/16/24: I definitely feel like my back muscles are more activated now, I noticed my rounded shoulder posture is improving, though my neck posture seems like it hasn't, It likely had to do with me not being aware of my posture while sitting at work or laying in bed. Now I'm making it a strive to stand up more rather than sitting and getting into a better sleep posture, just being more active in general. By then hope I'll see some changes like I already have for my rounded shoulder posture.

Day 1 (29 July 2024): This made me realize the poor shape of my arms. It hurt so bad! But just because my arms are really weak right now. I’m hoping it will hurt less each day.

I tried doing this. I did just once and my neck is in such bad shape that I had pain afterwards for a few days. I want to try again, but this time doing an easier adapted version until I can work up to enough strength to do them the way they are supposed to. I challenge myself to do this for 1 month and see if I can get some results. I don't want to live with this weak neck for the rest of my life.

But I also thought it's important to ask you guys not to do the massage ones. So basically, this erea of the neck is a very sensitive erea that actually manages the amount of oxygen that reaches the brain. This massage should only be done by a professional and can cause fainting and/or death if not done properly.

My back is as straight as her's! So I will not continue following this video anymore. But you must know, I followed this video for about a month and a week, plus I followed two more videos from another channel. I only posted updates of my last week here because I forgot to put them since the time I started following this video. Following multiple videos did help me get a good result.
I will continue this exercise. Because I fear if I let this habit go, I will be back to square one. But I will not follow this particular video. It sure is relaxing, but the other video I follow is more effective. So that is the end of my update journey. Thanks to whomever read this far!
