      Technically speaking the wrong way IS the right way, these push-ups are intentionally inefficient so that you can get all the muscles working at maximum exertion, the bad form ones are lazy because, as is human nature, we are driven to burn as little energy as possible. Keep doing the correct ones though.

      @master.9202 Рік тому +9

      @@ghostwidmost Well if you really want to improve, then do this, and trust me even if it sounds dumb. You should start with doing push-ups from a wall. You are still pushing your body, only less force is necessary. When you feel confident, move on to something more difficult. Use a chair or a table or anything that lets you do push-ups in a certain angle between floor and wall. Then after a few days of this, you should be able to complete your normal push-up.
      I couldn't do a single push-up too a few months ago, but I did what I said to do above, and after two weeks I managed to do 10 push-ups. It's all about consistency. You can do it king 👑

      Marvin Zacarias that's really awesome dude congratulations I've been losing weight as well only 30 pounds I'm 145 now but I'm kinda short lol and I can't do more than about 7 push-ups at a time so you're doing better than me

      Marvin Zacarias oh shit dude we're the same height 😂 and yeah I've been dabbling with HIIT for a little while but I need to work on my consistency because I honestly kinda hate cardio lol most days I just quick walk alot, I've also been using this app called 30 day abs as a general outline for working out because I'm honestly still pretty new to all of this lol along with that I've been fasting alot and I think my ADD medication actually helps me alot which probably isn't a good thing lol

    Although there are different variations for a pushup, the best way and right way is to keep the back flat while keeping ht hips level with the shoulders, keeping the knees bent as well, and when you move to do a pushup, move slightly forward and down in an arcing motion and then return to the original position. always press from the palm and the tips of the fingers and imagine you are trying to press through the floor when performing the pushups. make sure to keep the knees slightly bent and also the hips/glute area higher. you will get a great pump out of this.
