I've had terrible neck pain for years and recently sciatica. Your videos are a godsend. I just subscribed because I believe in your mission and y'all know your stuff
2 years ago I constantly has headaches in the afternoon (every day). I went to x-ray and I was diagnosed with “changes between 5th and 6th spinal vertebra. I was sent to spa treatment, but the waiting period was almost one year. In between I had an option just to wait and suffer everyday headaches or to do something. I googled “neck exercises” and I found HASfit. After one month of regular “15 Min Neck Exercises” headaches were completely gone! Now, after 2 years I still occasionally do these exercises. I admit that I’m not doing it regularly, but if I have headache I do exercise next morning and it helps.
I get cervicogenic headaches, too. I think it's from poor posture, and it gets worse when I have a sick stomach and hunch my shoulders with the pain.When I do this routine, I don't get them and/or I can get them to go away quickly. The chin tuck is the best for cervicogenic headache.
3 months ago i got beaten up badly and damaged my neck and, well my entire back alot. The pain was gone after 2 weeks but then i started to develop some weird constant headaches and dizzyness everyday, my doctor told me that my neck and back is very stressed and tense and i need to work out. And here i am with you guys and i feel stronger and better everyday, i would like to thank you a million thanks for helping all people who needs it in any way they do, and i admire you guys for doing this. And also, compaired to other videos you guys actually make me motivated and its fun at the same time! big thumbs up.

Thank you so much for these exercises. I have degenerative disks in my lower back and my neck. These stretches are working to reduce my pain. I have had a shoulder that was locked up for 2 years and my reumatologist couldn't do anything for it. I even tried mustard plasters on it but it never totally went away. Now it feels so much better! I have finally found something useful on the internet! Firts I did low back exercise and then my back pain has gone. After that I did shoulder exercise and now neck. I feel like my neck pain will gone and that would be miracle for me. I will edit here after I feel relief.

That is so cool. I already did the kickboxing 30 min for two times. It is just great in the sense that it has a pace,, break, not like most u tube non-stop like crazy and you do not know where you are heading for.. Keep doing this HAS fit.
I looked everywhere for a whole workout/routine to build my neck muscles since my doctor said that the weakness in my neck, shoulders and arms are affecting my health negatively and by far this video is the most appropriate one for me even though i started it yesterday i believe i would see some positive results in the near future :D Thank you so much your channel is a big help you just gained a subscriber

I have a cervical hernia and for a long time every time I did any kind of exercise, the next day I had headaches and had to stop all activity and take lots of pain killers. I felt weak and had no energy. Since I discovered this rehab workout, the pain went away. I've been doing it every other day along with one of your 10 minute workouts alternating between legs, abs and arms until I'm strong enough to start your beginner's program (thanks for making low impact workouts by the way). But this weekend I climbed a hill and I felt strong, had energy and NO HEADACHES at all! So I allocated my pain killer's budget to your patreon's account lol! Thank you and keep on the good work.
I really needed this video after completing my workout this morning! Typically, I do 2-3 of your videos (some with weights and some without), step training, pilates and/or another form of exercise. No matter which one I'm doing, I can't seem to stop tensing my neck muscles! Your video helped me release some of the tension in them and I'm hoping the strength portion may help with my neck tensing in the future. hi guys very appreciated my neck is soaring so far and I develop a MTJ mandibolar arthrosis thing at 49 due to traumas, postures and smart working not in the proper ergonomy at first .....(lock down remember?) any more neck or mandibolar stretching will be welcome ....
I like all of your static stretching routines and alternate them throughout the week. The neck exercise routine is unique and I find myself coming back to it time and time again. A bonus - the more you do it, the smaller the double chin to show with the chin tuck! Sincere Thanks!

One of the physio I visited told me that my neck keeps getting out of alignment and hence the intense pain as I work much in front of the computer. 5 months later: I am working the monthly foundation program. I am following Coach's variations more and more. I like that Claudia has the harder ab movements sometimes! I still come back to this neck stretch/strength video at least twice a week. If you have time, can you do a new neck video? Maybe all of the joints?

My neck and upper back were so tense I've started developing jaw spasms and unwittingly grinding my teeth. Been doing this routine a few times a week for a couple of months and it helped relieve most of the symptoms.

Thanks so much for these videos! Have had both neck pain and shoulder pain for years. Originally planned to go to the gym but due to having tendonitis in one hand, I didn't think it was advisable to be lifting heavy weights!!! Your exercise videos have given me a better alternative. Didn't realise how unfit I really was lol! So unfit that I was shaking like a leaf when doing some of those stretches and almost passing out half way through the video lmao. Not something you would want to hear from someone in their early 20's lol!

You might want to state that if you have a cervical disc protrusion, have had a knock fusion, etc., you possibly should not b hyper extending your neck. I do and have had and as instructed so. I did so at my hairdressers two days ago and am still suffering, pain and migraines. I love your workouts and this video just eased my pain a lot.

HASfit oh but I’m not. I did the video yesterday, any suggestion for today. My neck is so painful at lower C level and upper T feeling it in my arms.
