A Federal Judge had no problem calling out Tom Girardi. Not only was he declared competent to stand trial but the Judge indicated he was exaggerating his symptoms and malingering. For everyone wondering if Girardi was faking… yes, yes he was. I set the video to play, and put it in the sleeper of the semi truck, playing on my stereo, and drive my semi truck in accordance with FMCSA rules and regulations. Shocker. Erika bringing up the car accident makes me think what I’ve always thought. They 100% planned this together. How many ppl are going to start going after Erika again? Anybody can go watch the show see it in hindsight, that she definitely put seeds of bs everywhere!!! She is as terrible as Tom imo!
I may go back and rewatch when Erika first came on. And I want to write down every time she says something, like dropping crumbs. It may have been the reason to get on the show in the first place. To let her get the narrative out that her and Tom wanted. Just in case something happened.
I wonder if Tom would throw Erika under the bus? Heck, that may have been in their “pack”. Something like, “when it comes down to the end babe, you do what you need to do and I’ll do what I need to do. But it’s been a fun ride. No hard feelings.” The whole “No honor amongst thieves’ saying. It seems like something those 2 con artists would say to each other.

I don't believe that, I believe she thought she was protecting him keeping it secret until it couldn't be hidden anymore. Just because his intentions were malicious doesn't mean hers were. She didn't steal from clients and blow up there lives so in my opinion she shouldn't have to pay for his actions
This sounds like a Law and Order episode... but he wasn't murdered by a client's daughter who was furious he'd ruined her parents' life financially.
I think I’ve fallen asleep one too many times to Emily’s videos. I had a dream where Alex Murdaugh, prosecuting atty, went after Michael J. Fox, also an attorney, also my husband, for improper behavior. A lawsuit which could potentially ruin us. In the dream I am aware Alex should be in jail but somehow is not. 🤦🏼♀️ I am losing it. 😂😂😂

In Ireland there is a 'Lis Pendens Rule' which literelly means, a litegation pending on a property. A notice filed in the public records to indicate that a legal proceeding is pending that asserts a claim against title to or some other interest in real property. So, if a similar rule exists in the States and Tom took out a loan against the house in order to open the restuarant, they may have a problem putting it up for sale until the loan is cleared.
Yes the US laws comes from England. So not surprising find similar things. Most European countries are base the law in the Napoleonic Code.

I grew up around the corner of Ariana & Tom’s house. I can’t tell you how uncool and unhip the neighborhood is. There’s nothing to do there. It’s valley village. Totally boring. And their house - a new build that doesn’t go w the older, more traditional homes in the neighborhood - is basic modern “farmhouse” that is already outdated. They have no taste. No one lives here unless you plan to have children. Their house is also on the corner wh I think made it better for filming (less neighbors who might complain) but is against a busy street. Any hip couple w a couple of mil to spend on a home that is not planning to have children would choose another area in LA (see SL, Los Feliz, EP, Studio City, west side, WeHo).
Also - tho the house is 2 stories, it’s also kinda small. So if your SO is blatantly having an affair right under your nose then, uh, you need glasses. That’s pretty tough to pull off in that environ (tricks of filming makes the house seem much bigger)

My "senior" test included 3 unrelated words. Then alphabet backwards then random # sequences forward, different in reverse. Started with 4 digits, gradually went to 7 digits.
You had to recite the alphabet backwards with no visual aids? I have never been able to do that but could speak 3 foreign languages fluently in addition to English.

The symptoms descripted by caregiver at the memory care facility sounds real to me, I had multiple experience when people started to delovep cognitive impairment and lost track of time, thinking they are still yound and working. I had a gentlemen believeing that all staff were his school pupils as he was a primary school teacher for almost 50 years.
Thank you for following this Ca case. It is my home and closer for me than the other interesting trials…many in Florida. I hope they get all involved. What he did to all those victims is disgusting and deserves the most serious punishment imo.

Boeing still has manufacturing in Seattle. They moved the headquarters to Virgina. He could be lying that he traveled to "fix" the issues, but in general that is eastward travel.
