Falling for a Killer doc Amazon. For those that say Phyllis Armstrong is an error, that is incorrect. The title says victims and survivors. Her pic says”attempted abduction” This vid is from the same doc with Phyllis’s interview. I uploaded it here ua-cam.com/video/bDFoUVhV0cg/v-deo.htmlsi=gZS6XtpfvEqJbKn-

This documentary was great! I like how they pay equal respect to each of the victims so it doesn't become a documentary purely about Ted. A lot of the other docs make that mistake.

The biggest tragedy of them all for me is the parents of those who were murdered by Bundy that didn't have any remains to bury. They had to bury an empty coffin filled with memorabilia. So sad.

I really wish we had heard from Karen Sparks at the Bundy trial in Miami, even though she wasn't attacked by him in Florida, her survival story is similar to Carol DaRonch except hers was much more horrific. I feel that she is the often forgotten victim of Bundy, and I am glad that documentaries like these are finally giving her a voice to be heard.

She never remembered any of it. He knocked her unconscious while she was sleeping. Sadly, she couldn't have provided any testimony as she knew nothing about it.

The more time passes, the more I loathe that monster. I was 20-something when that creature was on his murderous rampage... at the age of those who were taken. We were fearful during those years because of the likes of him (and others like Manson). You never knew when he might travel to your area. Horrible evil... glad he's off the planet.

Manson was not a serial killer. Didn't kill any one.

I've always hoped Carol would write or do a video about Debra Kent. I suspect there were tears and hugs with Debra's family or was a meeting simply too difficult? A lot of combat veterans cannot discuss thoses times... some describe it as 'survivor's guilt' but I'm thankful that Ms. DaRonch has put out these videos, and participated in others and in books.

@@petraleopold2713 .I agree with you. Ted Bundy has long been suspected of being responsible for the murders of Susan Davis and Elizabeth Perry on May 30th 1969, based on a taped conversation between Ted and forensic psychologist Art Norman from October 1986. In that taped conversation Ted said the following (partly in 3rd person):
"Talk about being pushed to the edge with the most sophisticated, explicit pornography available in this country.” [Here he begins speaking in the third person] “…he decided to take a little bit of a jaunt to what they call the shore - the Jersey Shore. This is early summer. So, after being more or less detached from people for a long period … didn’t have any friends, didn’t really go anywhere, just more or less had school and then sort of entertained himself with his pornographic hobby and drove the shore and watched the beach and just saw young women lying on the beach. You know, it’s like an overwhelming kind of vision… he evidently found himself tearing around that place for a couple of days. And eventually, without really planning anything, he picked up a couple of young girls. And ended up with the first time he had ever done it."

Man. This brings back memories. I was born in a place you can see on that map, spent my whole life around there
Ted Bundy and the Green River killer were our boogeymen growing up. But they werent like monsters under the bed, they were real. I remember when ted bundy was caught, and even as a child my dad explaining to me as delicately as he could what he did and how he operated so I knew that even if someone "looked friendly" or "needed help", never agree to go anywhere out of other peoples sight with them.
My mom would never let me walk alone as a teen.
These girls are about 10 years older than myself. They should be here, in my city or elsewhere living their lives, maybe grandmas now. It hits hard.

Carol could you even think when it happend ? Did you function on adrenaline? Do you feel Jesus saved you, Holy Spirit warned you ? One time a man was approaching me behind vehicle to my side, with my baby. I was on phone looking the other way and just got an unction, as I turned I hit the door lock simulateously and seen him reaching for the door handle , he was po'd and ran across street by freeway ....I had no way of knowing, Holy Spirit did though !!!!

Bundy was a punk plain and simple I was a teenager when all that was going on and I dont like that goofs like him get glorified he was a punk period wouldn't know what to do with a beautiful woman that's why his girlfriend left him that started him off attacking women that resembled her at first then pretty much anyone alone was fair game
