- Two days before his execut!on, on January 24, 1989, the American cereal k!ller Ted Bundy confessed to k!lling around thirty women. He told FBI agents that he revisited Taylor Mountain, Issaquah, and other secondary cr!me scenes, often several times, to lie with his victims and perform sxual acts with their bodies until putrefaction forced him to stop. In some cases, he drove for several hours each way and remained the entire night. He applied makeup to his victims' lifeless face, and repeatedly washed their hair. "If you've got time," he remarked, "they can be anything you want them to be." Possession was an important motive for grape and mrder. At first, he k!lled his victims "as a matter of expediency ... to eliminate the possibility of being caught"; but later, mrder became part of the "adventure". "The ultimate possession was, in fact, the taking of the life", he said. "And then ... the physical possession of the remains."

Yeah, he has an ominous and unnerving vibe to his appearance that I can't quite explain. Just something about the way he smiles and his eyes just looks really spooky and foreboding to me. Like the lights are on and someone _is_ there, but that someone is a person you'd never want to meet.
He used to manipulate his victims to think he was hurt or unable to do things to kill them, he did that often. There's a misconception that he "charmed" or "attracted" his victims, when he just took advantage of their kindness. Hence why some people say he was supposedly good-looking; it's kind of victim blaming them for being "naive" or "easily swayed".

This is perhaps ONE OF the sickest people in history. Yet, I recall someone said that the judge himself told Ted he was so impressed with his courtroom skills (not verbatim here , sorry), that he would have liked to have hired Ted as one of his.... employees ...(or something to that effect).

The judge told Ted it would of been an honor to practice law with Ted, because Ted was such a bright individual, but it was a shame because Ted chose to go the route he did..

The thing that is shocking about Ted Bundys trial, is that that judge actually said that to him at all. If you watch the trial tapes Ted Bundy actually did a miserable job, in fact you can see him take pleasure in reviewing the evidence and when he questions the victim at one point. From what I've read, Bundy was frequently abused by the other inmates in prison. He was repeatedly tortured and extorted and often feared for his life while incarcerated. I also read that he cried before his execution. Hope this brings some comfort.

A young couple walked into a forrest at night for some alone time when they stepped on something soft on the ground and being overcome with a sudden feeling of terror they immediately got out of there. Only many years later did they find out that the soft thing they stepped on that night was the lifeless body of a woman being dragged into the bushes by her killer. Hearing the approaching footsteps the killer stopped mid-drag and heard the couple stop and turn around(as he confessed to detectives). The killer was Ted Bundy and that fatefull night many years ago they were unwittingly only 3 feet away from him. Stuff of nightmares.

He would just stalk her outside of school in the same spot every single day, she managed to get a picture of him standing in that same spot, waiting for her to start or end school. She's unfortunately deceased now, but man oh man is that story wild. My grandma still has some vague details about it

If anyone has actually read the book, his ex mrs wrote nothing actually adds up, and one of his "kidnap victims" addmitted in court she was told to pick him out in a line up. The only solid piece of evidence that has was the bite mark, and sentencing somone sloley on a bite mark was abolished because too many people were being wrongly convicted one of which severd 20 just for forensics to find out the "bite mark" was glass stab wounds. They said he kept skulls in his apartment, yet Elizabeth stated in her book that she had a key to his apartment and went there unattended multiple times. When he was asked to say something personal about his victims that only close friends or family knew the only thing he came up with was georgann hawkins liked to be called george, which is not hard to make up.really they only had the bodies of lisa levy margrot bowman and kimberly leech when he was asked for the location of his other victims he draw a man and not one single bone fragment was found, now im not saying hes innocent but i dont think he killed as many as they tried to pin on him. Not to mention the green river killer was at large the same time Ted was supposed to be killing those women, and he was doing it identical to Ted. Everything about his case seemed suspicious.
