Absolutely love my p365x! I’ve had glocks for years and wanted to try something different and I was sold at the first shot! Great shooter, better trigger and overall better feel in the hands than my glocks!
I'll piggyback on that...I had a G43 that I carried for years. It sucked to shoot, had to add aftermarket sights, aftermarket grip textures, and aftermarket mag kits to get decent capacity. The P365 line checks all those boxes out the get-go from the factory. IMHO, the G43X was an afterthought and a joke...huge grip that's more difficult to conceal, and 10 rnd. capacity. The P365X is 12 rounds and much smaller in the grip. Add the excellent night sights from the factory and butter-like grip and it's no contest. I still own a G-19 and will always have that gun but it's my home defense weapon and stays securely in my safe. Glock needs to seriously get with the program. If they would have made the 43x with 12 round or 15 round mag capacity, they'd have a foot in the door of the market IMHO.
The X is my favorite 365 for EDC. My XL with 15 round mags stacks up well against my 226 Legion SAO. Best carry triggers on the market. Light, crisp, short.
Thank you and happy to help. I was brought into the gun world being told Sig is as good as it gets for handguns so I’m probably biased but you won’t be disappointed with the 365x. Again, thanks for the kind words!
I use the Sig 365X for concealed carry during the “winter”, and the regular 365 for “summer” carry which in Arizona means April through October. In summer here it is shorts and tee shirts weather, so the regular 365 is the most easily concealed with summary clothing. But the grip of the 365X with the stippling is great. I love it for EDC.
I have the p365x and the p365 XL I added the Wilson combat grip module to the XL with the tungsten weight kit and love the balance of the gun. The P365 is a great gun all around.
Proud owner of the p365x, I’m also a smaller person and it just seems to fit my hands perfectly. Still getting use to the snappiness but I have to say that I love it and it’s my everyday carry as well.
I’ve bought the 365, X, and the XL. I like things about all of them. The XL is my favorite to shoot. I’ve been a Glock guy since the late 80’s and it’s hard to switch to the Sigs. I still carry my Glock 43 mainly. But I’m coming around with the Sigs!
@Frank Bonazza III haha I feel ya. Great optic too! Love the modularity of Sig and what it allows you to do for customization! Guess you’ll just have to pick up another 😂
Love my 365X I’ve been carrying it for a while now trying to get more proficient with a little micro pistol the smallest gun in my rotation is a Glock 48 which I absolutely love. Sig 365x can be a little snappy. Thanks for your drills
There’s many reviews on UA-cam for the P365X, I had the standard P365 grip module that I converted to the XL grip module, mine has the safety…and I had to convert my 12 round mags, I used magguts +2 kit. I’m about your size, I don’t think this gun is snappy, I’ve practiced shooting with 1 hand a lot, I can stay on target pretty good with 1 hand, maybe the cold 🥶 makes it feel snappy, great video by the way, real detailed 👍🏽
The Shield comes close but loses due to the modularity of the P365X. Its simply the best CC to me in just about every category. Sig really set the bar high.
I have a 365XL I don't really like the 12 round mags because they are actually below flush in the grip. I sometimes don't insert them fully. I found Magguts makes a +2 kit that extends the magazine length about an eighth of an inch plus it gives me 14 rounds. They work great.
Yeah I did the same, the magguts conversion kits work great, I can hand load the mag, I could never load those factory mags by hand. Imagine a 15 round capacity in that small gun, I had to convert my mags because I had the standard P365 grip module and swapped it out for the XL grip module, I haven’t had the chance to go the range yet, only been couple days since I converted everything but I’ve dry practice cycling the mags…
Sometimes those mag extenders work perfect for getting that pinky onto the gun. Sig makes a nice 15 round mag with matching stippling and everything. Whatever gets the job done, my man. Thank you for watching!
Just happy the sequel was better than the original! This gun came about from people making this on their own. By throwing small slides on big frames. Sig took a page from the civilians here!!
I got my P365X last week, I'm really liking it. I bought it with the RomeoZero red dot and am very much _not_ impressed with Sig's take on red dots, I'm really regretting spending the extra $200 over the plain optics cut pistol that was sitting next to it, I should have just bought that and a Holosun 407k or 507k that was also sitting in the case next to it, but ohh well, lesson learned. But aside from the trash red dot that loses zero after five mags I'm super happy with the pistol, it is just the right size for me to not print and with the Magguts +2 magazine extenders I have 14+1 capacity in the smallest package I've ever seen, and the extra 1/8" on the grip base really helps my grip. It is a little bit snappy especially with the hand injury I have (tablesaw tried to eat my thumb, pinky and ring finger, but it only got away with some chunks of tendon and nerves) so it's kinda tough getting fast _and_ accurate shots with because of my grip issues, but I'm also kind of a snob when it comes to fast and accurate since I base those things off guns like my competition CZ SP-01 with extended magwell and oversize gas pedal on the side lol. For it's size it packs a whollop and has just enough control to do what it needs to for me so I'm definitely going to be carrying this gun. My only issue with the gun was the stock trigger, it was very gritty and rough even after an extended break-in, but I solved that quickly by removing the firing pin block and polishing the sear and striker faces, along with dropping the height of the sear just a tiny bit to shorten the pull, it's smooth as glass now without altering pull weight or reliability, and the FPB is only there because politicians said it has to be, which in my book means it definitely shouldn't🤣.
@@conservingfreedom1776 I would go for the Trijicon too but they require a mount plate on the 365x which raises the overall height by 1/8", where the Holosuns mount right in.
P365x and 320 are very different. I have both (320 m18 version). No doubt the bigger gun shoots flatter and smoother for me. But...I’m small and skinny and a 320 cannot conceal on me. It looks like I have a gun in my pants with just a t-shirt on. Now, again, the 320 is more fun for me to shoot because it’s smoother, more accurate from distance, etc...so I use it as my “duty” gun on a hip holster OWB. 365x was a necessity for MY personal concealment needs. I’ve had both for about a year! Both are 100% reliable and great!
Got the XL first, didnt like it. Got a 43X, which is now my go to. But got a 365X just for shits and gigs, and its what I carry now until I can find a 43X MOS. Not sure why I didnt like the XL but the 365X is perfect.
@@jn3750 At that point a lot went wrong if your finger is inside the trigger guard and you don’t mean to pull the trigger. Also get a holster that secures 100% of the trigger. I see your point for sure, don’t get me wrong but that’s like the last last last line of safety in reality. A heavy trigger pull accomplishes about the same. Fair?
@@conservingfreedom1776 agree. but there is always ONE extra layer of safety (with the trigger safety lever/bar). this is my only issue with the P365 series of guns and makes me want the version with the manual safety (which may get me killed because of the extra 0.5 second needed to disengage it)
I started carrying a P 365 10 round mag every day .. about a 1000 round no failures.. had to retire old reliable 5 shot 357 mag pug .. now glove box boss...😂😂

I’d check out my latest video on the G19. Curious for added commentary from the community.
What are your thoughts for the XL being an ECD? Why did you choose the X? These are the two I am stuck between.
Great video man. I've been doing my research trying to decide between the Shield Plus and the P365x. Your video just came on my recommendations
