Easy + Healthy Ground Bison Tacos

- After a long work week, I'm too tired to get fancy and make a complex dinner with a lot of ingredients. Sometimes I just want a simple taco with some lean meat and fresh ingredients, and when I'm stoned, ground meat is the easiest thing to cook. Try these simple lean ground bison tacos topped with some fresh red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and of course my delicious Green Goddess dressing.
1lb 90% lean ground bison
Chili powder
Paprika
Cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Oregano
Salt & pepper
Mini white corn tortillas
Green Goddess dressing
Diced red onion
Diced jalapeño
Chopped cilantro

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the bison and break it up well. Add all spices and stir so all meat is coated.

When it’s done, warm your tortillas (I do it directly over the flame). Add bison meat to each tortilla, top with a spoonful of Green Goddess dressing, add the cilantro, onion, and jalapeño mixture and ENJOY.
