Hey Bobby, I'm a big fan of your content and appreciate the insights you share. As a naturopathic medicine student, I'd like to offer a bit of clarification regarding your discussion on soy. Just to clear up a common misconception: soy doesn't actually produce estrogen. It contains compounds known as isoflavones, which are a type of phytoestrogen. Phytoestrogens are plant-based and structurally similar to estrogen, but they're not identical to the estrogen our bodies produce. These isoflavones, particularly genistein and daidzein, can interact with estrogen receptors in our bodies. Their effects can vary; they might mimic estrogen, which can be beneficial for menopausal women dealing with low estrogen levels, offering relief from symptoms like hot flashes. On the flip side, they can also have anti-estrogenic properties, blocking stronger estrogens, such as those found in various environmental disruptors (like pesticides, plastics, and certain industrial chemicals), from attaching to these receptors. This can potentially reduce the risk of estrogen-dominant health issues, including some types of breast cancer. I hope this adds a bit more context to your discussion on soy. It's an interesting topic, especially considering the potential benefits of non-GMO and organic soy products. Keep up the great work!
Thank you for this! I'm vegan but still love Bobby's content, and I appreciate your clarification about soy ... the most misunderstood bean of all time! Hehe 💚
Great info. I drink soy milk and love tofu. Soybeans have been a staple of East Asian cuisine for centuries. Some of the healthiest people per capita on the planet. He better step off my soy! 😠😆😆
Thank you so much for speaking up about the misinformation about good quality, nom-gmo soy! Organic soy that us not highly processed is very healthful for anyone who is not allergic. It does NOT produce estrogen.
@Julali17, is the soy consumed in the US, similar to that found in Asia? Hasn't the issue been that the soy consumed in the US is typically genetically modified?
I soak fresh walnuts in water from Costco for 24 hours and blend them in pure water. I then strain the walnut blend through a cheese cloth to make walnut milk.... very tasty and healthy.
Another good option for almond milk is the Califia Farms Organic Almond Milk. Their “regular” almond milk has the usual lineup of additives, but the organic version has only almonds, water, and salt.
This is why many people who live in poverty and don’t garden have health issues. The price you have to pay to eat clean. I mean a true clean. Thanks for sharing Bobby!
My son is autistic and through a specialist pediatrician we found out he is sensitive to gluten, soy, and dairy. Your channel has been sooo helpful to me. Thanks for all your hard work and content you produce! 💞
I saw a short of this video the other day where you said almond milk has like 6 almonds in it so that night I made my own cashew milk and it was very good, didn't even need to strain it. 1c cashews 3c water 3 dates 1/4t salt 1t vanilla
@@fauvecorrigan1233 That's normally how most nut milks are made. Soak the nuts in the fridge overnight in water. Blend the next day in the blender with extra water. Strain or don't strain. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla extract if you want. Save yourself money and keep your body healthy by making it yourself. If you can tolerate soymilk, they sell machines that make soymilk for home use. You can use nuts in them, too. No need to buy these plant-based milks, but only if you have the time and desire to make it from scratch. Oat milk is even easier. Oats and water, blend til smooth.
I'm so glad that you updated this video because shopping for these milks is not easy at all. You're trying to remember what these ingredient are and it's a pain. Thanks you, Bobby.
making your own plant milk is easy as can be and better than anything on shelves. I make mine with a rounded half cup of hemp seeds, little less than half cup of rolled oats and a tablespoon of sunflower lecithin which is actually really good for you. add about 50 to 60oz filtered water and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt and blend in Vitamix for 1 min. Rich creamy, 100% organic, sugar free and good for you and cheaper, takes 3 minutes start to finish
The way I look at it is the more I spend on unhealthy foods or rather the more I think I've saved, they're more I'm going to spend on lifelong health issues, doctor's appointments, medicines, hospitalizations and health issues. Where would I rather put my money?
Hey, Bobby! Love your videos. But I'm pretty sure what you said about soy and phytoestrogens is a myth. The phytoestrogens contained in soy are isoflavones, which is a plant compound that can chemically act like estrogen. A primary concern people have is that breast cancer, especially estrogen-positive breast cancer, can grow in the presence of estrogen. However, multiple research studies suggest that there is no association between consuming soy and breast cancer, and that soy consumption may even lower the risk of breast cancer. Isoflavones have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that have the potential to reduce cancer growth. Although it's true that isoflavones have similar chemical properties to estrogen, the compound also has antiestrogen properties, including the ability to block natural estrogens from binding to estrogen receptors and halting estrogen formation in fat tissue. There's also another myth about how men shouldn't be consuming soy because it reduces testosterone levels. You guys can research about it. There's no need for fear when it comes to consuming soy foods. Just avoid the highly processed soy foods and stick to the whole or minimally processed forms such as edamame, tofu, tempeh, and miso. Also look out for genetically modified soy and avoid that as well...
Thank you for pointing this out! Organic and minimally processed sources of soy are actually excellent sources of polyphenols that fight oxidative stress and free radical damage! It's also an easily accessible source of complete protein and linoleic acid. I think its a great choice for folks looking for a more budget-friendly and nutritious option.
You are very right, I read a couple meta analysis about soy this week. And the myths have no base. Even one of the meta analysis said that soy may be connected with the lower rates of breast cancer in asia.
@@VashonLady Most soy-based foods are processed and most of that soy can be GMO. Also some case studies have shown that to reach that point the soy intake was extremely high, and those cases are insolated cases, where people have processed soy foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. that is why a balanced diet is important. if we look into different cultures asians have been consuming soybeans for centuries and this soy consumption in Asia has been linked to the low rate of breast and prostate cancer.
Thank you so much for updating the app!!! It drove me nuts scanning an item and it would say it's not approved and I had no clue why. Now it highlights it and shows me better options thank you!!!
Oatly is a Swedish brand and we have the organic oat milk from Oatly here in Scandinavia, the oat content is 10% and there are no additives of any kind, just water and sea salt - just for info. I use that oat milk quite often in my morning coffee. The clue would be to look for organic plant based milks, because then they can’t use strange additives, emulsifiers or unnecessary vitamines, at least here in Europe
@@JCcreates927 - exactly … plus during pre-production ingredients are not “legally required” to be listed. Quite a conundrum but it’s still better to support and ride the organic wave as opposed to Monsanto’s foolery!
They can still add emulsifiers here in the US. I know xanthan gum is usually one of the ingredients but I don’t have a problem with that. The US/fda is alot more lax about food items than other countries. For example they only recently banned added trans fat and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. Finally🙄
You can very easily make your own non dairy milk very cheaply. 1 -2 cups (depending on how thick you want it) of non GMO organic sprouted oats will make 1 litre of rich creamy milk and all you need is a blender and a strainer. Keep the husk and use it to make muffins, cakes or breads so you still get the fibre.
I love oatly oatmilk for my coffee. I'm glad I found following sentense in their website. In our US operations, we use only non-GMO canola oil that is expeller-pressed with zero hexane involved in the process.
Thank you Bobby, I have a horrible condition named multiple sclerosis & you have really help with the food that I thought was safe to eat, but found out that they are not. Keep doing what your doing.
Thank you ♡ too many people blindly purchase these products that dress up as "healthy" without looking into the ingredients. If you're trying to get healthier- you definitely want to know what's going into your body. You can't skip that part!
Well many of us don’t eat these foods as part of our diet. It’s a treat as it should be! Did you know eggs and milk has estrogen!? So many people complain about soy and it’s estrogenic effects, yet dairy and eggs has so much of it! No one questions that though! 😒
None of it is as horrible as eating animals and animal based products. Ingredients aside, there is also a lot of cruelty. I would rather eat canola oil than animals. A lot of what this guy says is BS and not backed by science. Making money off of fear mongering is what he is all about.
I can’t thank you enough, not just breaking down the ingredients, but you clearly articulate why we should or shouldn’t. Side note, generally speaking, shopping is like a research project now, which means time consuming- with you app, you save me hours! I have a son with autism, so we are going to try everything!
I think it’s wonderful that you made an updated video. Thanks Bobby! I think that plant-based milks can be great for people who are lactose intolerant or even sensitive to dairy. Not all plant-based options are healthy. Plant-based milks are also commonly purchased by vegans who want to avoid animal products as well. I think it’s also important to know that it’s OK to have animal-based milks if you can tolerate them. There are options like organic Valley and Maple Hill that Bobby has mentioned on the channel. Another option that I really like is that more and more stores are carrying A2 milk which comes from Jersey cows. Jersey cows make a two beta casein protein which is more digestible for some people. I think you should do an episode on that, Bobby. I think what disappoints me most about certain plant-based milk or the stabilizers and sometimes even oils that are added to them to improve the texture. thank you so much for your channel because you really helped with my digestive issues. I still have to use medical therapy because I have chronic illness but diet is also important and a lot of times doctors don’t tell you about that. Diet doesn’t necessarily have to prevent you from taking medicine but it definitely improve your quality of life and it will help you take fewer medicines and make it less likely to go to the hospital in the future.
I’m lucky to have a small farm store within a 10 minute drive that sells “raw” A2 cows milk. They sell it from a certain local farm in ball glass jars. Learning from Dr Axe and others, raw a2 milk that isn’t heated (even to boiling point for a certain time I think), still contains the digestive enzymes needed to actually digest the milk. The issue for so many people with dairy issues is because of the heat processing of the milk, it destroys the necessary enzymes needed to break down fully for our bodies to digest and assimilate nutrients. I grew up around a lot of farms, it’s common to drink the milk raw, and without all the health concerns. I believe the health concerns with bacteria and such have more to do with the time and travel it takes to go from the farm to the grocery stores to homes.
One cup of raw almonds soaked overnight in three cups water. Use a nut bag or cheesecloth to drain. The left over almond husks from the bag I dry in oven and make almond flour. I use my Vitamix to mix three cups water and add a teaspoon of vanilla to the almonds and water mixture. If you like it sweeten use a few dates. Mix well and you have your fresh almond milk. I follow Lisa Bryan downshiftolgy . She has these recipes on her sites. Cashew milk you soak raw cashews, water add vanilla and it turns out very creamy. Enjoy!
Yep and the very reason why I laugh at all of these so called people that claim they’re Vegan and their food is just as bad as some processed foods. Have you seen the Vegan industry. Those manufacturers are such liars
This isn't just what you buy in the shop. It's when you eat out too. Restaurants etc will use cheap ingredients instead of healthy ones. Ask your bakery if they use oil or butter for example.
I'm a 59 year old female. Tried HRT for menopause. It was awful. Switched to TJs organic soy milk in coffee. Belly, hot flashes, and skin are soooo much better. Just water, whole organic soy beans. What do you think?
Very scary. I've been scanning different foods in my cupboard and refrigerator. Yikes! I will be using your app in the grocery stores from now on. Thank you for doing all the work. I'm 72 years old just three weeks into OMAD. Everything is changing for the better. 15 Lbs lost and Blood sugar under 100 for 21 days.
I have the Bobby app now, thanks. Something that would be great to is evaluation of lab studies from something like consumer reports. So many brands of dark chocolate, protein powders (esp veg based) and seasoning/spices were found to have loads of lead, arsenic and cadmium. Something I would appreciate to see reflected or referenced in some scans where it’s been founded.
I had switched away from Hershey dark chocolate and had started with more expensive Lindt just over that CR article. Mind you, I don't think I had been taking in enough heavy metals just from one or two squares of chocolate a day to affect my health very much. Being an engineer, my next move had been researching just how much heavy metal content in food our organs can tolerate in a day, and how much of it our bodies are capable of eliminating. I use vegetable and soy protein powders several times a week and I'm going to be researching those.
I recently switched from dairy-milk to Oatly oat-milk because I thought it was a "healthier" alternative -- but, I have a severe allergy to one thing, and one thing only, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, so I carefully checked the ingredients to be sure it was not listed, and it was not. After drinking about a quart of Oatly daily for three days, I broke out in a painful rash covering half my body, and spent the next week in pain -- but I switched back to dairy-milk and the rash disappeared. I don't know how they avoided listing it -- but my guess is it's in the liquified oats they purchase from an independent supplier, and are therefore able to legally avoid listing it's ingredients in their ingredient list -- they can simply call it "oats." I think Propylene Glycol can be an acceptable ingredient if it improves their product -- but if they believe it's safe, they should list it, and if they do not, then they should not include it in their product. Hiding a potentially harmful ingredient is unethical and inhuman, despite being legal.

I had severe chest pains and had to revert to blood thinning remedies for a few days and it scared me. I wish the app gave you a way to make it so it detected it but I will just use the app and read the ingredients to avoid it for now. I believe it affects people with underlying heart issues the quickest.
Another problem with alternative milks is the calcium carbonate. I've heard that this form of calcium builds up in arteries. I'm curious about Bobby's opinion.
Bobby, in regards to the Oatly, it indicates that it is non gmo verified on the back of the box along with gluten free, glyphosate residue free, pareve, and certified vegan.
The best is to make your own plant based milk at home, this way you don’t eat all the preservatives and other stuff that are present in package milks. It takes just a few minutes to make them. Also, you don’t pollute with packaging that are often not recyclable. More responsible way of living!
It’s a year later and I want to say thank you so much❤️. My baby is done with all of her formula and we want to make sure we’re giving her the best plant based milk options
Stop giving your child any milk once they outgrow them. Plant based milk is nothing more than a scam (mostly water and chemicals and titbits of plant like almond). And here's the million dollar shocker: cow's milk is not good for anyone once they pass their milk drinking age. The protein found in cow's milk actually causes cancer (but shhhh... the billion dollar milk industry doesn't want anyone to know this).
I did Whole30 and had some oat milk, Oatley. I didn’t realize how much sugar was in it! I drank a cup and had a sugar crash. My stomach also wasn’t feeling well. I looked at the ingredients and saw 7g of sugar per serving. Whole30 cuts all added sugar, so that was a lot! I went to the store and got my unsweetened, organic almond milk. I have it now, about 2-3 times a week, with pumpkin pie spice, turmeric, and cinnamon. It tastes perfect to me.
Kiki milk contains seaweed. That's a thickener. People with ulcerative colitis should stay away from products containing Seaweed (also listed as carrageenan, in most products). Carrageenan is a known irritant to the intestines and is not allowed in foods in Europe. I don't care what type of seaweed Kiki milk is using, but I will stay away from that brand, too. Thank you for listing the ingredients.

Embarrassing question for Bobby or others: How are people getting adequate calcium intake if not through a fortified plant-based milks? The healthier ones with fewer ingredients have negligible calcium content...We are for all practical purposes a plant-based household, so various milks are where we're currently getting most of our calcium.

A few words about oat milk...I used to use oatly but after a few years of usage that triggered high blood sugar; a tightness in my chest, headaches, and pains in my arms. The doctor said it was due to high blood sugar causing low impact inflammation. Anyway, after stopping using oatly, which I used to use for making mugs of coco (oatly, unsweetened cocoa powder, some cinnamon, and/or chilli) everything returned to normal. My everyday diet was and is more or less sugar free otherwise, so it just goes to show how foodstuff can build up and impact our health. Oat milk is pretty much maltose and glucose. Some tests showing it does cause a sugar spike just like drinking coca-cola.

Gotta be honest with ya when it comes to plant based milk I make it myself. Oat or nut milk is SOOOO easy to make. You only need water, oats or nuts and a regular blender.
About the oatly and Gmo ,I'm not sure it has the same source of ingridients where you are, , but in Switzerland since many years there is a law that if the product has gene manipolated grown food inside ( at the begining it was less than 0 point somthing but than some products got dirty from ingridients transpotations, and if I'm not wrong, if it has over 1 % , it has to be written on it. Since many check it, there aren't much such products arround... Oatly it hasn't written on it last time I checked. Actually I think it is better this way, that they will be forced to write if is anything inside and write everything that isn't inside... They write no added sugar for natursl sugarfull things like bannana apple fruit squize...which has very high amount of natural sugar...
I recently tried Elmhurst Cashew milk and it was really delicious. It is a bit low in Protein but it's even healthier than Ripple with fewer ingredients so thank you for the recommendation. Only negative is mine shows Natural Flavors on the list but overall no gums or emulsifiers so I am satisfied. It isn't the unsweetened one though perhaps that's why I read Natural Flavors on mine but still better than a majority of options.
Thank you so much for this video! I really love Elmhurst Oatmilk. The challenge I have with ones like Kiki is the coconut ingredients. So many products that are healthier contain coconut, but for some people like me, I am not able to have coconut. Thank you though for including other helpful ideas without coconut. :)
Just use oats and water in your smoothie instead of plant milk, you'll get the oat milk flavour and you'll get a thick creamy texture from the oats, if you want it thinner you can make the oat milk separate, strain through a pudding bag or nut milk bag then make it with that. Significantly cheaper and less waste. 1:4 ratio old fashioned rolled oats to water, don't let it soak just blend immediately. Takes 30 to 45 seconds depending on strength of blender. Avoid quick oats because they're partially cooked and have a tendency to make it slimy.
Almond breeze and So delicious are tried and true alternative milk companies. They are the best allergy free options in my opinion. New start up companies elminate things they know bad, however they often have issues with mold.
It breaks my heart that food companies don't have our best interest in mind. It's up to us as individuals to dig deeper, unfortunately. My favorite example is Honey Nut Cheerios with "Can lower cholesterol" in big letters on the box 😮
Just make it. It’s extremely easy, much healthier and higher in protein and tastes far superior. 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight. If you have 5 extra minute (or children) peel the almonds. 5 cups cold water 1/2 tsp salt Blitz I’m high speed blender for 2 min. If you do it right, you’ll have very little pulp left.
The only two plant based milks you should buy is Thai Kitchen coconut milk and Simply Almond milk. They are low carb , organic, non gmo, no gums, and only 2-3 ingredients. Don’t bother with any of the other recommendations mentioned in this video.

How long does it keep in the fridge?
Does it taste like breast milk
That’s not milk sorry.
I'm so glad that you updated this video because shopping for these milks is not easy at all. You're trying to remember what these ingredient are and it's a pain. Thanks you, Bobby.
Let's be honest most of us are much to lazy to read all the ingredients and you have to bring your magnifier with you
making your own plant milk is easy as can be and better than anything on shelves.
Very nice. Thanks for tip. Do you strain that through a cheese cloth or leave it as it is?
@@healthydee381i leave it as is
Spoiler: a healthy milk costs you an arm and a leg plus your firstborn child
Not always. Walmart brand organic skim milk is decent and cheap
Unhealthy milk will cost more.😢
The way I look at it is the more I spend on unhealthy foods or rather the more I think I've saved, they're more I'm going to spend on lifelong health issues, doctor's appointments, medicines, hospitalizations and health issues. Where would I rather put my money?

mothershelper1981 - Well stated 💯❤️
But for people with endometriosis avoid soy! More estrogen means more endo.
You are very right, I read a couple meta analysis about soy this week. And the myths have no base. Even one of the meta analysis said that soy may be connected with the lower rates of breast cancer in asia.
All I know for fact is my nephew was getting fed a lot of soy - soy hot dogs, etc and he started having hot flashes at about age 2.
The organic standards in the US were fixed so that companies can add whatever they want.
@@JCcreates927 - exactly …
plus during pre-production ingredients are not “legally required” to be listed.
Quite a conundrum but it’s still better to support and ride the organic wave as opposed to Monsanto’s foolery!
Not now . I just bought a new batch and it's got rapeseed in . Organic original oatly . I am NOT happy
They can still add emulsifiers here in the US. I know xanthan gum is usually one of the ingredients but I don’t have a problem with that. The US/fda is alot more lax about food items than other countries. For example they only recently banned added trans fat and partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. Finally🙄
They have added sunflower oil to the oatly in the UK I just checked and dumped it in the bin.
If you have a blender, buy some decent quality nut butters (with just nuts and salt, no palm oil) and mix 1 table spoon with about 750ml water
my man is out here doin good things for the community.
Thanks I’ll try this!
I make my own Almond milk. It’s super easy!
Exactly. I make my own almond and oat milk myself.
I need to make my own almond milk. Thanks.
I love oatly oatmilk for my coffee. I'm glad I found following sentense in their website. In our US operations, we use only non-GMO canola oil that is expeller-pressed with zero hexane involved in the process.

You have open my eyes about foods to buy. Always read the ingredients. Thank you Bobby. You rock. God bless you and keep you from all evil.
Thank you ♡ too many people blindly purchase these products that dress up as "healthy" without looking into the ingredients. If you're trying to get healthier- you definitely want to know what's going into your body. You can't skip that part!
I've notice that there are a lot of horrible ingredients in some plant based food.. Thanks Bobby for the valuable info....
Well many of us don’t eat these foods as part of our diet. It’s a treat as it should be! Did you know eggs and milk has estrogen!? So many people complain about soy and it’s estrogenic effects, yet dairy and eggs has so much of it! No one questions that though! 😒
@@user-bv7mk8id5t I didn't know that about eggs. However, come to think of it, I should have.
Thanks for mentioning it 👍.
None of it is as horrible as eating animals and animal based products. Ingredients aside, there is also a lot of cruelty. I would rather eat canola oil than animals. A lot of what this guy says is BS and not backed by science. Making money off of fear mongering is what he is all about.
Why is that🤔
Fake food has fake ingredients, go figure
A2 milk is the first milk I can drink in years that doesn't make my stomach ache.
eww, don’t promote cow’s milk. it’s highly inflammatory, organic or not.
“It’s called wondermilk and makes me wonder why people are buying it” lol 😂
Make your own 1 cup oats 1 cup cold water blend it for 10 seconds strain it or use Nama j2 juicer
Sounds great- how long does it last?
I have always made my own almond , hemp and cashew milks. Very easy and you are in control of what goes in it. Thank you for your informative review.

How do you make your own milk?...........
Enjoy!
It's amazing how many dietary items are called healthy that are in fact not. I do wish that these products weren't so damn expensive!

Make it yourself. You become the processor. Eat simple. Eat greens. Drink clean water. Keep it simple, then it is a real treat when you go out to eat.
This isn't just what you buy in the shop. It's when you eat out too. Restaurants etc will use cheap ingredients instead of healthy ones. Ask your bakery if they use oil or butter for example.

Are those listed on the protein powder ingredients? Been looking into vegan based protein powder and don’t know what to look out for
I had switched away from Hershey dark chocolate and had started with more expensive Lindt just over that CR article.
Propylene glycol is used to make antifreeze and considered deadly… An additive to avoid at all costs.
EWWW‼️
maybe you have an allergy to something else in the milk?

There was a large recall a few months ago and oatly was one of them.

@@fireflamess yes, not approved because of the rapeseed oil.
I use my Almond Cow machine to make a lot of nut milks. It’s just nuts and water. I then add that liquid to my blender and add vanilla extract and spices of choice along with bananas and dates. Pretty simple for me and cost effective too.
Hey Bobby, can you please tell me why you have problem with sunflower oil?
I love your channel and app!! When in doubt make your own milk - almond, oat etc and control what you put in it!
Exactly and it’s delicious and easy …
Completely agree. I got on board with making my own far healthier oat milk with organic rolled oats, water and a bit of sea salt. Optional cinnamon and black strap molasses as add ons.
Hey Bobby - what about coconut milk for those of us who need to avoid almonds? Is this deadly, too?
find ones with minimal gums ;)
@@BobbyParrish Look wise ass, I asked a straight question. To quip, "Find one with minimal gums ;)" with what appears to be a sideways "wink" made by a semi-colon and an apostrophe without an explanation does nothing to answer my question. What means, "minimal gums" with a winky-wink? Stuff your millennial verbal bilge and communicate like a adult, pal. I'll ask my question again: what about coconut milk for those who need to avoid almonds and oats?
I remember drinking plant-based milk when there was only one option, Eden Soy, at the grocery store. Simpler ingredients, simpler time!
Edensoy unsweetened is the best money can buy. I buy cases of it on their website. And shelf stable. What could be better? 🙂
Oh yeah, remember those days. Much simpler time.
Almonds (spinach and beets) all contain oyxlic acid which interfers with the function of the Pineal Gland. Which is why I avoid Almond milk. I buy Organic Coconut flour and blend with water (and a tsp of vanilla extract and maybe a date or 2). That's it, nothing else. It comes out marvelous.
I have been making my own almond milk. It’s just my husband and I, so I almost spent the same if not less. We don’t drink a lot of it. I soak the almonds overnight, drain and rinse them, put them in my VitaMix with a cup of fresh water, blend, and then squeeze through a nut bag. It’s better than anything I’ve ever tasted!
I used Califia Farms. 3 ingredients. Water. Almonds. Salt. 👌🏾
And those are the ONLY ingredients it should have in it.
This is all I use too. Great almond milk!
Hey Bobby saw you avoid the / milkadamia milk I use & love it! Yes, it has a few "gums" , But the "Natt" Favors are top self-organic! & Best in class is the Elmhurst walnut milk, Wow next level !
Just got your app, and it is fantastic!❤❤❤❤Thank you Bobby for making it so easy to shop and eat well! 😊
How did you get the app

Hi,
Do you recommend making the milk at home instead?
Thanks
Good Karma Flaxmilk vanilla flavored, blue carton is hands down THE best milk alternative. Best flavor, relatively cheap, & very good for you with all those Omega 10s!!
