Hi Beth, I’ve been doing your classes since the beginning of COVID here in Sydney Australia..
I love your classes and am so grateful for the experience I’ve had.. I did the total body workout for 30 minutes for the first time today
as I usually do the 55 minute class once a week and 2 x 40 minute classes on 2 other days.. I really enjoyed this class as it worked on all
parts of the body and only took 30 minutes for a time when one is stretched for time.. BIG THANK YOU for your dedication..

Jesus ! That was so tough again. Fierce and merciless as usual. At the end I my body was rocking and shaking, it was an intense burn that I felt, but it felt so damn good, but even I had to struggle, I was screaming from pain and joy. You had to struggle too, isn't it ?
For sure, this was a challenging flow. Great job at making it through and feeling that Pilates burn!

I like this class, but the pace is unnecessarily fast even for a flow. I don't think to be a better or intermed workout there needs to be such speed. Other than that,, nice sequence Beth. You're great!!
