To add a some small more nich bits of info. For starters idk if i missed it but reload the magazine fed weapons like the 1911, deagles and AF2011s is much better when the mags are empty the reload is like twice as fast as reloading when there is still ammo left so its worth burning a couple of rounds to get that faster reload if you need it. especially when combined with reload cancelling this really lets you go HAM in zed time on large zeds. The opposite goes for the winchester and SPX - you reload these faster if you reload early since the 1st round you load you put directly into the chamber which is much slower than the follwing rounds. The AF's recoil isnt liked much because there is horizontal spread when all the other pistols only have vertical spread which makes them much more predictable and puts a lot of people off of the AF2011's. In addition because of the high knockdown power means if you miss 2 shots on a scrake - hitting the body - you will knock him down and not kill him which if you dont spot it can surprise you or your team when he gets back up. Also because they fire 2 seperate bullets you cant pop rioters through their head armor. All of this combined makes them just not feel as good as the other pistols, With that said i really like the AF's for boss waves because that knock down is actually useful when combined with the stumble power you can keep bosses like abomination and hans and patty trapped and stun locked. Also it does make a good economic side arm at 750 but if you can afford it the single T4 1911 better than the AF2011 but its much more expensive (325+600+700). This leaves you 12kg prolly for for 2 pairs of T4 pistols or a T4 pistol and an upgraded SPX. With that said this is a very comprehensive guide well done it was fun palying with you ^_^
@@47RoninGamingfair enough - one of my favourite things about the GS has always been that there have always been a lot of different builds and since you can still do the no upgrade builds you have very cheap end game loadouts.
Good comment. My way of using the AF 2011 is just never aiming. Literally never aiming. When you have the quickdraw perk theres barely any recoil. So get a feel for how close you have to be to consintlenty hit you target in the head while hip firing. Do that and they're god tier. Fucken love that gun.
Not sure if anyone else stated this or not but another good habit to get into when playing gunslinger is reloading just before zedtime ends, takes some practice but it’s well worth it considering it reloads basically instantly.
exactly why i was confused as to why he'd say to return it... truth be told I've had my share of sellers, even when i try to set an example and toss all my money and guns away before leaving if i have to leave mid match.
This perk in a nutshell in my opinion, is basically Sharpshooter, but actually fun to use, easier to master and can effectively kill trash aside from Big Zeds, the latter which the Sharpshooter is only good at. It's no wonder Sharpshooter is the least-played perk in the game.
Is it really? I thought both were just as important since sharps are the best at starting zedtime. It would be sad indeed if they were underused/underrated
And that's because Tripwire took the SS from KF1 and split it in two different perks in KF2: SS and GS. The cool thing about KF1 SS is that you could carry a Xbow with dual Handcannons (Deagles) and deal with trash while being able to stun/decap Scrakes and decap FP's. In KF2 the GS does both, the SS only big zeds. To balance this they should've done more gun options for SS but they just let it go.
Also the fact damage bonus only applies to headshot is kinda bullshit. Other perks can do these 25% just fine, but SS is just FORCED to do headshots, otherwise it can't deal shit unless you have 10 lvl sitting perk.
M1911 has a 40% damage boost for one upgrade with no weight gain, making it probably one of the second valuable upgrades in the game. (best is HMT101 with 69% damage boost and no weight gain)
The percentage may be high, but the thing that matters is the actual damage number increased by the upgrade. If a weapon has a very low base damage, each percent is much, much less valuable.
the 1858 are similar they get a 60% damage bonus (looks like this is changing on the beta though) for no weight increase and since they start with the same base damage as the 1911 the 1858's end up being stronger for large zeds than the 1911.
@@leoqu4129 dual pistols all weigh the same at the same tiers, T3 1858 weigh the same as the T3 1911 both weighing 4kg for the pair (T4 dual pistols weighing 6kg and T5 weighing 8kg) only the 1858 get a bigger multiplier and therefore do more damage. The trade-off is they have worse reloads.
When putting in a T3 level, 1858 begin to be overshadowed by the Deagle by a bigger ZED killer perspective, while also lack ammo efficacy and penetration compare to 1911

Dang I don't have gunslinger up to 25 yet, didn't know it was THIS good. Great guide as always, though I'm surprised you didn't mention that the AF's actually exist which is mind blowing.
So after watching this I did the exact opposite of what you said and I had A BLAST!!! All right tree is so damn powerful. Seriously try the following - Focus on shooting the limbs and torso (so avoid headshots). - No iron sights. The Quickdraw skill makes iron sights unnessecary. Also shooting at a bigger target (the body not the head) makes the high recoil of your weapons largely irrelevant allowing you to get off way more shots all of which could do up to 50% more damage and also have a high chance to stumble or stun. - Use the AF-2011s, HX25, 1858 Revolvers, Spitfires, M1911 and 9mms. These guns are really good with right skill tree. Especially the AF-2011s, HX25 and Spitfires. Spitfires not only stumble and knockdown zeds with this perk but they also cause fire panic and the HX25 already has a really high chance to cause stumble/knockdown even without skills factored in. AF-2011s and especially the HX25 each fire multiple projectiles at a time, all of which benefit from the Bonebreaker and Knock 'em Down skills. - The ability to cause an unending chain of stumbles and knockdowns on even Scrakes and Fleshpounds, your high movement speed (especially when compared to stumbling and knocked down zeds) and the Speedloader skill will make it nearly impossible for zeds to touch you, even when you are reloading. This removes the Gunslingers biggest weaknesses (long reloads). - The 20% damage to perk weapons and 30% limb damage from the Bonebreaker skill STACK, so hitting a zed in a limb does 20% damage to the torso and 50% MORE DAMAGE TO LIMBS. And some enemies like fleshpounds and patriarch have critical hit spots on their torsos/limbs. - Right skill tree is also really good against Abomination boss fights. AF-2011s stop the fast moving slime minions dead in their tracks and shred them to pieces. AF-2011s can also take out the slime landmines in a single hit. Its also damn near impossible to miss Abomination with the HX25. Give it a try.
It's good and i use the AFs with the right skill tree because i'm not good enough, but if you're skilled you will do more damage with rack em up in the head, since headshots do twice the damage with no boosts, + rack em up at 5x will do much, much more damage than shooting at limbs or torso with bone breaker, although bone breaker IS more forgiving and far easier to use, and lets you train to be better by still shooting at the head with a 20% bonus (2 rack em up) while still allowing you to do more damage if you miss the head and hit something else instead. Bone breaker isn't as ammo efficient as rack em up if you are skilled enough since you do more damage. But it is good to let people know there are other ways to play it. I'd say the right skill tree is much better and far more manageable for most people to play, since it's easier to have better results if you're an average player anyway (which is most people). The bit about the HX25 is quite interesting though, it may be worth to try it out. I'm not sure about how ammo efficient this is in a 6 player hell on earth match, but it's probably a lot of fun anyway, and this game is all about it after all.
Out of curiousity, why do you pick the Dual Desert Eagles over the Dual Magnums for the balanced build? I find that I am more consistent with the magnums, but I don't really do high level play the farthest I've been on Endless Suicidal difficulty is wave 15 solo. So wondering if there's a higher level of play advantage with the Deagles.
One very useful tip you didnt mention is by inserting the mags of the pistol, you can bash to cancel the reload animation. This is extremely useful because not only does it make the reload very fast, it also allow you to bash the zeds in your face.
On the Zed Time perk bonus, I do like Whirlwind perk over the Fan Fire. I dunno, getting Zed Time just as you're about to reload, I like the fact that you're able to continue shooting like no problem before you Zed Time. Not to mention you can reload just before Zed Time ends and do a super fast reload and ready to shoot right after so. Also who doesn't like constantly firing from Movies and such towards zeds?
If you want the numbers, go to the kf reddit and look for the big ole doc of everything in the sidebar. The big ole doc has all the upgrade multipliers, multiply the base damage by the multiplier (always use the base damage of the weapon, i.e. T4 damage = base damage x T4 multiplier and T5 = base damage x T5 multiplier) then round down to the nearest whole number. As for which upgrades actually matter/are impactful, it depends on the weapon.
The 1858s can carry you all the way to round 10 if you also upgrade them to atleast tier 4, and keep all zeds at bay, if you can also conserve armor consumption you can have the most dosh and then sell them for more (possibly over 5000 dosh if you sell them then switch to the deagles)
I didn’t think the fully upgraded Desert Eagles were actually stronger than the .500 Magnums upgraded. That’s kinda weird. I’m mainly running gunslinger cause handguns are usually my go to in video games. Anyone on PS4 down to play?
Would have liked to have got your take on the 9mm pistols for this build, if it's worth to get dual or upgrade them at all. I think it's also worth considering that the spitfires provide an excellent support weapon for taking on trash and have a pretty generous ammo amount for the low weight usage, so can be worth spamming down range and running off.
If you fully upgrade em dual wielded you can only take duel wield Deagles with em. Honestly for me HOE solo the single Glock is much better for trash than any other gun available to the gun slinger and it give you plenty of ammo to last the round and then use the Deagles on flesh pounds and Scrakes. The Glock is more than capable of ah doing them too but you many not have enough ammo to finish out the round if you use it for fleshpounds and scrakes. I don’t buy dual glocks until boss round. With dual wielded the already bad recoils becomes worse and you lose the fast reload speed. I buy both durning the boss rounds as both shreds the boa and the recoil doesn’t matter as much because the boss has a huge hit box compared to trash. That’s how I use em. This way of playing though kinda goes against how you’re suppose to play gunslinger
I always play the same gunslinger build. Max upgraded lever action rifle and ONE starting revolver. And always be sure to equip the oversized cowboy hat.
This is the coolest class in KF2 and therefore *objectively* the best class. Sorry support and medic mains. I don't make the rules, I just remind everyone about them.
I am a medic main and I agree with you. A good GS can mean the difference between a wipe or a victory. As a med, I have met many GS players even on HoE who hold off on their own and almost never need the healing buffs or healing itself allowing me to focus on the more slow perks like Support or Demo. Plus, they pretty much annihilate any big zed on their own. Good GSs are rare but such a welcome addition to any squad.
Funslinger is just broken, hands down, and props to the upgraded medic pistol. I'd just like to add that there can be a *Poor Man's build* which is just: -SPX -1911 I've been able to consistently go up to wave 7 on 6-man public HoE with just that and then cash out for a full build w/ no upgrades.
I used to think the Gunslinger wasn't good back when I first started out. Seeing the low magazine, slow reloads, and low max ammo really put me off. I never really played it until I got Golden Deagles from a box and was like, "Fuck it, I'll try the perk out again.". Once you get Speedloader and Skullcraker the Gunslinger is just a monster that can basically do anything. Now it's been a year since that and to this day I am still a Gunslinger main. Not trying to show off I got Golden Deagles but that is literally how I gave Gunslinger a chance and started playing it and eventually mained it. If it wasn't for that skin I still would have probably kept it at level 7.
can i say, how can i use desert eagles t5, spx 464 t3 and medic pistol t2 same time with 15 weight limit, or how can i do that "desert eagles" to t5, they goes t3 max?
The HX25 is a bad weapon for the demo because it is counter intuitive for a demolitionist who relies on headshots to score kills. It essentially just wastes inventory space and does a few neat things that almost any other pistol with penetration can do but better and have even more utility. It’s fine on smaller or lower difficulty games but as I stated this is for high skill play.
To add a some small more nich bits of info.

What song is used in the intros?
Awesome video 👌🏻👌🏻
Here I thought the deagles were weak. Great guide
1911 has a better upgrade tree. first upgrade doesnt add weight.
The 1858s can carry you all the way to round 10 if you also upgrade them to atleast tier 4, and keep all zeds at bay, if you can also conserve armor consumption you can have the most dosh and then sell them for more (possibly over 5000 dosh if you sell them then switch to the deagles)
Now we need a pair of machine pistols or smg’s. Imagine that with 5x Rack Em Up
we just got the fn fal in the beta, auto fire with a 20 rnd mag and sharp/commando slot, tis glorious damage
Yeah, we just got the automatic FN FAL rifle for the Sharpshooter, who also has Rack 'Em Up. It's pretty damn powerful.
if we get dualie SMG's i would love to run them not on gunslinger...but S.W.A.T!
(also i think we need .44's before anything else...i mean cmon...)
A Glock 18 with a 30 round magazine would be a perfect fit for the gunslinger.
Machine Pistols/smgs would be broken as hell if you combine it with Bonebreaker and Knock 'em Down.
Need update. Glocks are here and overpowered what should I take with them?
When you said T5 deagles. When would the best moments be to upgrade them? Since you also need to buy the other weapons
what is the training map, u r playin at?
I always play the same gunslinger build. Max upgraded lever action rifle and ONE starting revolver. And always be sure to equip the oversized cowboy hat.
What server is at 13:05?
Firebugs, I love you guys but how about you burn the 50 crawlers gnawing at my shins and NOT THE FLESHPOUND THAT I’M TRYING TO KILL!?!?!?!
Beautiful
A bit late to ask, but how did you aim with one gun from a dual wield?
Press the middle mouse button, the wheel xd
@@lazarstojanovic4984 Thanks! I found that out yesterday.
FUCK YEAH, COWBOYYY!!! Good video btw.
What is the intro song
So do I go with medic pistol or dual 1911
What's the name of the last song that plays?
What music is that in the intro
This is the coolest class in KF2 and therefore *objectively* the best class.
Sorry support and medic mains. I don't make the rules, I just remind everyone about them.
I am a medic main and I agree with you. A good GS can mean the difference between a wipe or a victory. As a med, I have met many GS players even on HoE who hold off on their own and almost never need the healing buffs or healing itself allowing me to focus on the more slow perks like Support or Demo. Plus, they pretty much annihilate any big zed on their own. Good GSs are rare but such a welcome addition to any squad.
Great, but I find myself so overwhelmed with detailed information that by the end of the video, I'm not sure I've learnt anything at all ;-)
DO you play with a crosshair?
are the .500 better then the dessertst egales now?
What mods are you using in this video?
Great info
how do you feel over the game overall atm?
I think you only need max about 2 guns lol deagles and whatever else you fancy
What in gods name is that background music it is fire!
How does he aim down the sights with one pistol despite the fact he is holding two?
Your alternate fire button, the middle mouse button by default. It toggles between the two styles while holding dual weapons.
Can someone tell me whether the deagles are still worth maining after the nerf?
Yes, i played dual deagle and dual magnum. Great Combo
Intro Song?
Is there a reason other than preference that you're aiming down sights? I usually just hip fire and I find that quite effective
Is it weird that I only sue the spitfire revolvers when I sue this perk?
Correction:use
I leveled up 6 times in one endless match.
Am I doing it right?
Funslinger is just broken, hands down, and props to the upgraded medic pistol. I'd just like to add that there can be a *Poor Man's build* which is just:
-SPX
-1911
I've been able to consistently go up to wave 7 on 6-man public HoE with just that and then cash out for a full build w/ no upgrades.
I can only upgrade the deagle once, it's that a prestige limit or am I missing something?
You should have talked about the hx grenade pistol.
yeah it racks up the headshot bonus super fast. and makes the gun super broken. the gun is better imho on a gunslinger than a demo
HX25 + Knock em' Down + Speedloader + Bonebreaker = EPIC
2:42
Oh Yeah i know that Moment...
Zed Time but you cant see shit
When is the survivalist video coming?
Is this video still relevant or have the newer updates changed alot of stuff? And if its not does anyone have a newer guide?
Amazing intro song, what is it?
Intro music please
