    Hello Jen, I am excited and new at yoga, loving your method with beginners it's gentle and encouraging not overwhelming in the poses for me as a beginner. I've been following along with your beginners site, taking one breath one day at a time and excited to learn more in the poses. The methods in breathing while in the poses. My strength and balance was off in today's class. Do you teaches ashtanga?

    These are some great sessions. Finished your lower back/sciatica session a couple hours ago and it brought some well-needed relief. Love your verbal cues. Very clear so I don't have to look at the screen. Thanks.
