    I just want to THANK YOU for your channel. I’m 77 years old and renewed my interest in practicing yoga in 2020. I had practiced in the past, attendinng classes once a week but often there were long periods when I lapsed. Since I’ve found your channel I rarely miss a morning practice. I’m so grateful for you! I love the variety of classes that you offer and the calm, reverent way you approach your practice. I feel so blessed at my age, to be able to continue practicing yoga on a daily basis and actually improve my flexibility, balance and mindfulness! You have become so very important to me. Thank you. Keep up your great work! May you enjoy great health and a wonderful life! Namaste🙏

    First time I have actually done Yoga in a while. I have POTs and it makes it impossible to exercise, (like I used to) and I could do this without feeling like I would pass out. I'll be doing more of your videos, or maybe just repeating this video until I feel confident enough to move on. Thank you!

    thank you so much! i feel much better now, calm, yet energized. came straight from the upper body focused practise.
    also loved the affirmations at the end. i much more often feel betrayed and/or frustrated with my body when something is not working than feeling thankful for everything that is working. so that was a really good reminder :)

    This is so nice! I personally enjoy the free yoga content on YT. When I tried to apply for teacher certification, they asked for proof of attending yoga practice. They laughed when I said that I used UA-cam and wanted "an actual, physical business." What an awkward exchange and this is apparently common for schools. What about for people who can't afford $18-$28 per class drop in rates? A friend who had been attending the Y was asked something similar and they wanted to know if she had attended an actual yoga studio! I hope things change bc I enjoy yoga but would need to teach it to afford to go regularly at a physical (or studio) location.
