Happy happy birthday 🎉🎂 🥳!!! This is a wonderful list. This past year I’ve learned that things will happen in their own time...if it’s not meant to be, it’s okay and it’s not the end of the world 👍. I also learned that despite all the bad and negative things that have happened, there’s still a lot of good and positivity out there...we just have to find it 😊.

I personally believe that age 28 is the absolutely perfect age to be, because you are definitely a grownup, but you are also still quite young. However, they only let you be 28 for just one year. Geez, what I wouldn't give to be 28 again. By the way, my mother met my dad at age 30, got happily married, and then had three wonderful children. I hope something similar will happen for you. I love your videos.
This is inspiring, thank you 😊 I will be 28 soon. I had my daughter at 21 and have spent all my 20s freaking out that I won’t get to have any more children lol. I need some perspective that there is still plenty of time - and to give myself permission to enjoy my single season in the meantime, where I don’t have to make any compromises 😅🎉

28 is a fantastic age, but I would not want to relive it all unless I could know what I know now.
A bit late in replying to this but I have to disagree slightly. It was in the summer after my first year of university where I decided that 27 was a great age to be. Not too old, not too young.
That was in the year 2000, about two months before what should have been my 20th birthday. So I am currently in my 24th year of being 27 years old 🙂.

How did you reduce your shampoo bottle waste? I'm using locally made bar soap now instead of body wash, but haven't figured out the shampoo. Can you buy it in bulk, with your own bottle? Is that even a good idea or would the bottle get gross? Such a complicated issue :-) A couple of things I've learned is that you should listen to your body and stop immediately if an exercise is causing pain or a yoga move is too advanced, and that I should try to pay attention to the physical world more and be in my head less.
I use a brand called ethique, they are shampoo bars and conditioner bars and they are amazing! Yes absolutely, such a valuable lesson!
I will try to extend the dancing. Currently only do it when I wash up. Makes it much more fun.
Yesss! Dancing is the best when doing mundane chores!
I can actually agree that the universe takes things away, only to give us something better. Could you just imagine suffering in a bed for thousands of years and never having an end to it? Major LOL!

The more we live an authentic and genuine life, unapologetically and unconditionally accepting every part of ourselves, and recognizing that there is no comparison of ourselves to another ever..... because it will steal your joy.... the Freer we are and the higher frequency we are in. The lighter you will become, And the faster you can Manifest everything you've ever desired. The intensity of the frequency that you are admitting, and the clearer your vision in your head, and the more you speak about it in the present tense, the faster it will come.
The lower frequencies involve shame guilt remorse regret.... surrendering, releasing and trusting in the universe and the divine plan that we created before we came here..... trusting in ourselves that we know what we were doing when we set each lifetime up with the families we chose to mirror back to us what we need to heal about ourselves... for our own evolution.. and we predestined even the experiences we would have.... trusting in that is the ultimate love for self❤ always love yourself first.

I know exactly how far away my dreams are. I always wanted to be an obstetrician. My dreams are about $600,000.00 away. I can't get a good job because of health issues, and the bank won't give me a loan. Major LOL. Please forgive me? Reality is the best medicine. Truth is the most sour thing anyone could ever have, but it is the most beneficial thing that anyone could ever have. Please be careful when someone tells you that happy ever after can happen. You could wake up some day and realize that you wasted time and resources on useless things. I have done it. Now for some great news. The Bible talks about a day when Jehovah God and Jesus Christ will fix everything. I've seen the human race. It's not getting any better. Soon, Jehovah God and Jesus Christ will be forced to step in. There is hope. But the human race doesn't have it. Believe me, I've checked! Major LOL!
