Potential causes: - Accidentally getting 🍑 germs in your 🐱 - Wearing tight clothing for too long/not letting your 🐱 breathe - Getting non 🐱 safe substances stuck inside your 🐱 (like lube that may have ingredients your skin reacts to, soap, or for some people food if they have a food kink) - Sitting down for too long (again with the 🐱 not breathing thing) - Using scented feminine products like tampons - Using a loofah on your 🐱 instead of a rag or just your hand in the shower - Your menstrual cycle (your fluids can become more acidic, irritating your vag) - Diet (especially if your diet involves foods with high amounts of sugar) - Just using good old fashion tampons. (Forgot to add these two, I’M ADDING THEM NOW, WORRY NO LONGER!!!) - Hormonal changes, which means some women get a yeast infection every time they have a period because their hormones shift, and this is also why it’s common to have horrific yeast infections during pregnancy. - ANTIBIOTICS!!! A lot of yeast infections are simply caused by antibiotics!!! Oh and if you haven’t noticed the cat emoji is a symbol for vagina. I know. It’s a lot, right? Now, what are some symptoms? (Here’s where the gross part comes in) - A white thick substance that comes out of your 🐱, look up ricotta, it looks (and sometimes feels) exactly like that. - Your 🐱 smells yeasty, and if you don’t know what that smells like, imagine chemicals but a lot less intense, or even warm mozzarella cheese. - It feels like you took off your pants and underwear and sat 🐱 first in a giant red ant hill. Sometimes it itches, and sometimes it BURNS. Now, what are some ways we can fix this? Or at least settle down those fire ants? - Using a Monistat kit (look it up) which is sold at Walmart, Walgreens, and usually your local Dollar Store. - Taking a bath with 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar in it (Make sure the acv you’re using has NOTHING OUTSIDE OF ACV) and don’t forget to rinse your body off with normal water afterwards - Sleeping in loose pants with no underwear (or no pants and no underwear) - Rubbing pure coconut oil down there and some on the inside (some people say this helps, it really just depends on the person’s body) - If there’s anything that’s hurting your 🐱 that I’ve mentioned in the “causes” section above, try to cut it out of your routine - Do NOT try to rinse it out with water, it’ll make it hurt more, the 🐱 is SELF CLEANSING! Shoving water in it just messes things up more! - Yes, sometimes they go away on their own. - Yes, men can get them too, and yes, it’s more common in non ✂️ men because they aren’t taught how to properly clean themselves there (pull it back, wipe down the 🍄 with a warm wet rag, and then pat it dry before letting the skin relax again). - PLEASE, if the problem persists, GO SEE A DOCTOR. - If you don’t live in the US, you might just suggest to go see a doctor in the first place, but in the US a simple doctors appointment can cost SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS, and getting prescribed medication from a doctor can sometimes cost SEVERAL HUNDRED MORE. Even with insurance, it’s insanely rare to have medical insurance (either from your job or from benefits from something else government related like being a veteran or something) that takes off enough of a chunk of money to actually make your healthcare affordable. It’s ridiculous. - One last note, discharge by itself doesn’t necessarily mean yeast infection. Yeast infections are painful and often interrupt your day to day life and routine. Discharge changes depending on where you’re at in your monthly cycle (NOT YOUR PERIOD, your monthly cycle, which can be anywhere from 20 something days to even 30 something days, women rarely have a time in their lives where they are not being somehow affected by hormones. It sucks. Anyway, yeah, weird discharge can be normal as long as it’s not accompanied by anything worrisome!).

Goodness, when I was in college, I worked as a receptionist and their dress code for women required nylons/pantyhose/tights to be worn if the employee was wearing a skirt or a dress. in Germany I recommend the over the counter pharmacy products Canesten Gyn 3 Tage Kombi (3 day therapy) or the Canesten Gyn Once Kombi. (1 day therapy) A vaginal suppository combined with a cream for the outer parts. They all contain Clotrimazol which fights the yeast infection.
Maybe they sell similar products in other countries or the pharmacy can prépare something similar.
Afterwards you should make a probiotic treatment on site to restore the mucous lining and the ph value.
