- Join me for a 10 minute BARRE ABS WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. This is going to be an intense one! We'll be challenging our core muscles and mobility with ballet dancer inspired movements. There are no planks today so it is wrist friendly. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. You can do this workout at home with no equipment needed. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

This is such a good workout! I hate flipping over for plank exercises (my wrists dislike it too) so this workout flew by! I started feeling the burn only a few minutes in. I love the barre ballet movements!

Winter Challenge Week 5 ✅
Loved the workout! Although, often times I find that my lower back arches in some exercises. Especially the frog exercise. Any modifications for lower back support would be helpful!
Do you have any saddlebag or hamstring workouts? I really need help in those areas. Love your videos!

Honestly, abs are my least favorite workouts, and I find it the most challenging of the bunch. This workout I really liked, I felt the core working, and my favorite one was the frog lift. This move made it to where I had a good structure while doing it!
