You are one of the very few workout channels that emphasises wrist friendly exercises. I hurt my wrist a while ago and your work out videos are super helpful. Your channel deserves way more views but I'm sure with time you will get there. You are amazing.

this is amazing! i've got some weak wrists from breaking them (from skateboarding) and i can't do push-ups and stuff, and with quarantine i've gained a bit so thank you!
When i did Chloe tings 2022 challenge it really worked and i loved it, BUT there were a lot of push ups and planks, and as someone who has shoulder joints that pop, and wrists that are only good for drawing i found myself with sore elbows and aching shoulders. So I’m going to trying this now that I’m done with that, thank you ma’am! 🥰✨
