Best knee friendly workout I've came across! And I like the fact after each move is a 15 second break that makes the exercises more doable. And let's not leave out the past of how fats this workout was over. This will be my to to workout for a while

Omg 😆🙏🥰I’m so internally great full Mikaela for what you’ve done for this special needs mom to a wonderful 13 year old daughter and wife to an incredible husband😂🙏I’ve tried other good videos on UA-cam thinking I could finish them but my heart would break when I couldn’t .. I’m not heavy but could lose the Covid anxiety that got me in 2020.. knowing you videos work with my time and no longer then 30 minutes with some .. now I do know I can lose the weight and get back to my weight before Covid 🥰😂I know I can do it and do it for me❤️

I love the production quality of this video and I find the cues an pacing very helpful. In this particular session though I found several exercises were causing me discomfort in th hips and lower back. Specifically lower back pain on the side triangle pose dips and hip discomfort in the wide squat side crunch

I almost never comment on videos, but wanted to share some positive feedback. I love this video (as well as others on your page.) I love that your videos are clean, to-the-point, and your song selection is amazing particularly in this video. I know you can't use mainstream artists but this is close to my Spotify workout playlist. Also I really appreciate standing workouts that give you a good sweat. I workout in my garage (that's filled with baby gear) and I have no desire to get on the filthy floor, and although I have a yoga mat- it would take too long to set it up and push it away between intervals. Keep up the standing dumbbell workouts please! Short but sweet and intense!

Wow, I loved this one. I really struggle to find ab workouts I can do properly due to my scoliosis. It's a minor/moderate case, but it makes doing floor ab workouts almost impossible. I also really like that this is a bit of an upper body workout too, which I am trying to start slowly doing. Immediate subscriber after this video 🙌👏
