+Patrick Cruser yes a slight arch but you get what I meant, we have all seen those videos of an arch big enough for a basketball to fit under essentially doing a decline
Wrong lmao, Archering your back is the result of tucking your scapulas so you don't pronate during the concentric portion of the lift. Benching with a flat back is literally terrible biomechanics, if he had better mechanics he would be 20% stronger in the long run.

Raul Gonzalez doesn’t necessarily means he not legit. Most athletes at the top use steroids. He’s still ridiculously strong and it takes many years of training and/or good genetics. Look at Larry wheels or Pete rubish.
There just be some freaks out there with abnormal strength genes. I'm 6'2" and 270 with 17 years of serious lifting natural and he is nearly at my maximum bench at half my weight. yes and no... if they weigh almost as much as what they're benching then it's not AS impressive. That's why this guy is just insanely genetically blessed (not to mention hard work)
@@johnl1131 this is practice for benching competitions. During the competition you have to rest or pause it near or on your chest for roughly a second or two before they say lift. This avoids the "bouncing" many people do while benching. This does not take away from the fact that this dude is a beast. Back in the day I could hold 315lbs on my chest, but I wouldnt be able to lift it off like he did.

this dude is super human. that 410 bench with the side view, the guy didn't use his legs at all. his toes were off the ground, he gave up the arch when he slid under the bar, this was straight super human strength. wildest thing i've ever seen. is this a magic trick. wow. amazing job. no words.
He must have fast-twitch muscle fibers, residual trait of tree living primates, with whom we share common ancestry. Lots of people look ordinary yet have extraordinary strength because of these recessive genes.
He weighs a lot less than me, benches a lot more than me and is a lot yellower than me. Of course I'm jealous of him. I'm not trying to take anything away from him, the combination of factors just seems rare.
Very much doubt it lol. This guy is an exception. Otherwise there'd be Asians dominating track and field, which they don't. Did I mention they have the smallest dicks too? :)
I'm not an expert either, just an enthusiast. But sprinters for example have always been around 1m80, not a stretch for an Asian man. Bolt is the exception. High jumpers are usually tall but there have been shorter ones with incredible jumping ability (e.g. Stefan Holm, Olympic gold), surely we would've seen some of those lightweight, "titanium" Asian guys all those years. And how about weightlifting, surely they should be dominating their weight class:)
To put this in perspective: 410lb ÷154lb = 2.66(x) times body weight To bench like him by weight: 175lb x 2.66 = 465lb bench press 200lb x 2.66 = 532lb bench press 225lb x 2.66 = 600lb bench press 250lb x 2.66 = 665lb bench press 275lb x 2.66 = 732lb bench press...etc

I hit my genetic potential and this guy just keeps progressing. It sure is impressive. I would love to have his strength to weight ratio. The Usain Bolt of bench press I guess.
U fat fuck
@@zackanderson2298 lol u outta pocket
Slim lmao he benching on 410 pounds tho he’s probably jacked but might have some fat with it
INVIDIOUS YT 6’2 and 270? Ya only lean if you’re a freaky bodybuilder..but if he’s natty he def got a lil gut hehe
@@zackanderson2298 😂😂😂
Bro! This is the strongest lifting I have ever seen, bodyweight: lift ratio, ever. I have been in gyms since 1992 competed bodybuilding , steroids, everything. Never seen anything like this ever. This is a refreshing change to see. I commend you !!! cheers
i'm roided up and have been for over a decade, been around numerous juiceheads and sauce friendly gyms, and never seen this sort of pound for pound strength. and i'll bet he's a natty.
dutchybag thats cause youre a moron, look up the weightlfting records, you will see most of the records are held by asians, youtube their names, this guy is a dime a dozen in asia.
asians strongest. get over it.
i think he meant to say pound for pound, asians are strong. caucasians are massive af!
Does this raise suspicion at all? Does this man compete?
"what's your body weight, what's your body weight" anybody lifting 4 plates on bench is a fucking legend. I bet no one else in that gym touches over 3plates
Dude lifted 3 plates and let it sit on his chest for a few seconds before pressing it. That would have caved in my chest.
yes and no... if they weigh almost as much as what they're benching then it's not AS impressive.
@@SlowZX2 not many people weigh 315+ lbs lol and if they do they're still benching pretty heavy regardless.
@Brian Santeramo no I disagree lmao that just makes Lei Liu look even more incredible
When Chuck Norris does push ups he pushes the Earth away from his body, I think I just found the guy who pushes the Earth back to Chuck Norris.
Lol
Technically we all do that
Nuh this guy chucks it like a dodgeball.
Don't you dare compare this guy to the all mighty chuck norris, they say chuck norris kicked the world once, it hasn't stop spinning yet, chuck norris can make a fire by rubbing two ice cubes toegether.
Lfmaooo
this dude is super human. that 410 bench with the side view, the guy didn't use his legs at all. his toes were off the ground, he gave up the arch when he slid under the bar, this was straight super human strength. wildest thing i've ever seen. is this a magic trick. wow. amazing job. no words.
He must have fast-twitch muscle fibers, residual trait of tree living primates, with whom we share common ancestry. Lots of people look ordinary yet have extraordinary strength because of these recessive genes.
It's cgi
nice try i know its you saitama
What great comment lol
Nice comment bro I loves when people relate things to anime
+lord ci$co best comment by far haha
What's a satama
LMAO! No because then he would be like....ok.... and bench it 100 times
Much respect!! No arch, no straps, no devices just strength! 🫡
Benching that much, at that low of a body weight, with seemingly barely any leg drive and Asian... my brain hurts.
He weighs a lot less than me, benches a lot more than me and is a lot yellower than me. Of course I'm jealous of him. I'm not trying to take anything away from him, the combination of factors just seems rare.
My real name And why do they have immaculate form?
- U GO PWACTICE NOW OO U SREEP IN THE BASEMENT!
asians are light weight and strong like titanium...
To put this in perspective:
410lb ÷154lb = 2.66(x) times body weight
To bench like him by weight:
175lb x 2.66 = 465lb bench press
200lb x 2.66 = 532lb bench press
225lb x 2.66 = 600lb bench press
250lb x 2.66 = 665lb bench press
275lb x 2.66 = 732lb bench press...etc
Holy fuck i would probably need to bench 545lb to match him. Lmao. At 207 weight i only got up to 365lb area before i got elbow injuries. Been watching this guy for years and amazes me everytime.
@@RoyalCodeFilm elbow injuries in the gym or outside?
@@blazer6708 in the gym. One elbow per year back to back, so it turned to a 2 to 3 year setback. Horrible and life altering. Now i dont lift heavy at all and just happy to sweat and not be injured if possible.
@@RoyalCodeFilm Damn thats tough, can you elaborate more on what exercies you were doing and what was the cause, any tips for prevention?
@@blazer6708 reverse grip bicep curl was the one that did it, I'd recommended to never do that workout. Take time to stretch really really good and warm up. Look up elbow tendonitis strengthening and add those workouts in your routine
This dude is in the top 0.01% of elite class lifters for his body weight. Never judge a book by it’s cover… superhero level strength 💪
I've watched this multiple times over the years, and today I realized . . I can hit 405 and 410 on squat ONLY on a good day lmao. This is the type of strength that you see that you can't help but laugh at how insane it is
It’s the only on a good day for me. Lol
It's also fake you dummy. Display plates. I can't believe you would fall for it.
The barbell back squat is the dumbest exercise. The dumbell squat is vastly superior as there is no bar placed in your back and you still have to use your arms and core and shoulders and legs. The numbers just don’t look as impressive.
@@aethylwulfeiii6502 L take but ok
@@aethylwulfeiii6502 where did you get that the barbell squat is trash?
