Love your stuff so much. Wait to sign up with shine membership. Just want to make sure l use it. Trying to get in habit of daily sessions via UA-cam first. Being in Australia it is double the price so just want to make sure l use it. Your video are the only thing that seems to work for me. Keep up the good work. You are changing lives.

Hi. My left shoulder is upper than right shoulder. Than should i stretch my body to the left side?

you would work on pulling the left shoulder blade back and down in all poses. It could mean that there is a curve in the spine but it could also just mean there is a muscle imbalance. Best to get it diagnosed by a doctor!

One of my shoulders is also higher than the other and my neck is cockeyed and my back always hurts so do you know what I should do?

I would try and work with a yoga teacher on a 1:1 basis to put together a tailor made programme!

I have a deviation to the left in the thorasic spine and a deviation to the right in lower back without rotation but i have a pelvic not aligned ( right side higher then the left) and i have the left shoulder higher than the right ) can i do those poses ? Is it safe ?

I can't comment on if it is safe for you without knowing you or how you move. How do the movements feel? Do they cause you any pain? How do you feel the next day? These are all questions you could ask yourself.
