These exercises awaken and give energy, so would be best done first thing in the morning. Can you recommend exercises that could be done before bed to help you sleep better?
I have started Lee Holden's ten minutes Qigong exercises in November 2020 and I've been doing it every morning. I had promised to myself to do Qi gong practice daily for my benefits and heal my gastritis and other aches and anxiety. Now those things are almost completely healed. Qi gong helps me with self discipline and Love myself first. So, I started with 10 minutes morning Qi gong every morning then at night 10 minutes evening Qi gong. I was doing this 2 exercises until May 2021. I moved on to 20 minutes morning Qi gong and 20 minutes Evening Qi gong. I wanted more movement and benefits. I had recommended to my friends and family and so far everyone grateful for the results Lee Holden's Qi gong. Happy Healing.
