Thank you..I have been missing your lovely lessons..my anxiety seems to have worsened again..these things were not talked of when I was young..I never recognised my stress and anxiety untill it changed my physiology so much I had a complete breakdown 15 years ago..I use many modalities..my head, neck shoulder’s , jaw and head are the worse..it’s like my shoulders are permanently glued to my ears…the pain is sometimes excruciating and I wake up in the night ..I clench jaw in the night too..I have dealt with a lot of emotional work..I love acupuncture….thank you for your amazing clarity with these movements..

I can recommend intestinal cleaning (I used a fermented plum from "share") and then add probiotic like "mood" from "garden of life". since then my anxiety is experienced noticeably weaker when I have negative thoughts

Magnesium is also good, cold water helps (Wim Hoff) If you are a woman, HRT is very helpful for anxiety too. Good luck! ❤️

Talking about anxiety makes us anxious!
I think moving out of the mind and focusing on the body is useful. Don't need to think negative thoughts.
