Nick you absolute wizard you have outdone yourself. This is my favourite routine ever (and I’ve done almost all of yours!). Perfect combo of flow, stretch and breathing. The location and the birdsong are the icing on the top. Kudos!!

My partner and I have done this one twice now during our vacation here on beautiful Maui. It’s helping with jet lag and other changes in routine. It’s actually the first time I’ve managed to get my significant other to participate in one of your videos, and before I knew it she was telling all the parents of small children in our large family group that it would be great for the kids too. She’s right! I have done number two in this series, and the third one just dropped. Doing these practices with you inspired me to sign up for classes back home in PA. As soon as we get back I’m doing a summer series of four classes with a local teacher. Thanks so much.

Agree with Asad! You allways surprise us with new things, this time I fell in love with the exercise of the shoulder (one step forward, leaning with the same arm, circling, then backwards with whole body etc.......) wowwwww, thanks Nick!!!!
Another wonderful flow, thank you, Nick. And I've really enjoyed the FIT and FLOW classes.. It's nice to practice "in community" with others. The FLOW class is especially sweet with a nice amount of breath/meditation time. But FIT is also great; not as physically challengig as I thought it might be, but a gentle focus on the more physical aspects. Together, they make a great set of Qi building practices.
