- Full day of eating. I don't eat exactly this way every day. I don't advise you to eat exactly this way. This is for entertainment purposes and sorta because some people just don't know what it looks like to eat three meals and snacks a day.
Macros end of day (not including the ice cream) came out to 186 grams of carbs, 144 grams of protein, and 35 grams of fat.

Gotta appreciate that Patty takes the time to blur everyone's faces! I wished more people took example of that. Any diet is realistic. The difference is discipline.
Only eat meat, avocado and some fruit. Its pretty realistic to me
@mycatsballs8195 there's a lot more factors than discipline, lack of knowledge, lack of resource, I grew up eating purely 100% UPF until I moved out of my parents house, they never taught me any health advice, they'd eat healthy themselves just didn't give a shit when it came to their kids, for a lot of people these days that's their life, I'm lucky I realised that's what was causing all my mental illness and pain and its still a struggle to change, I still eat a lot of UPF and shit but I eat a lot more whole foods now. I agree discipline is a factor and people don't hold themselves accountable enough but there are circumstances in which its understandable one might think they can never better themselves, I live in a really poor area, some people are just fat and lazy, others are on food stamps, there's so many factors

@@JohnDoe-qz1ql there's been female only divisions for quite a while now (they are more popular in the states) but where I live it's co ed so I get to have the privilege of fighting against some pretty amazing males and females.

@@JohnDoe-qz1ql Thank you! Yah the femal wrestling scene didn't grow that much until about 15 ish years ago. I'm really happy that there are a lot more competing this year so much so that they are planning on making an official female only tournament after Euros.
Absolutely adore the fact that she's not protective over her workouts. So many influencers hide it to then sell off, but not our sweet patty
because workouts are not the secret, you build muscle in the kitchen not in the gym
@@hellomadetwell agree but it’s both ..you can’t have 1 without the other ..you can’t build muscle without eating and you can’t build muscle without working out .However I’m like the person above .I think it’s amazing that she doesn’t sell her workouts for money .Ir feels like she cares about others who’s trying to set goals like her and us !❤
@@EvilTink1_ If you use your muscles every day at work then you can build a good physique without going to the gym. I have worked with carpenters who had good physiques despite the fact that none of them went to the gym. When it comes to workouts, there are plenty of them available for free on the Internet, and if one is sufficiently motivated, there are books on the subject that can be read, of which there is no shortage either.
There’s no secret to working out other than consistency, progressive overload and training mindfully each time you at the gym (giving your 100%)
@@maggiepp7997it’s the fact people who don’t know what they’re doing don’t know that tho and many influencers will hide their routine and at the end of their videos they’ll be like “if you wanna get just like me make sure to purchase my program”. And someone who’s new to the gym or just not consistent might be more likely to fall for the scam
My boyfriend has been eating tuna + 3 hard boiled eggs mixed for 7 years straight. He works Monday-Thursday and there’s been maybe 5 days out of all those 7 years of work days that he’s had something else for lunch. He works out 4x times a week - split between lifting heavy and HIIT workouts.
I’m here to report that he has yet to show any signs of mercury poisoning. Who knows, it may come later in life but for now, he feels GREAT.
Will report back in 2 years for an update 🤣

If he is eating tuna 7 days a week he might want to get his blood work checked he may have elevated mercury levels.
Why in the world is he eating the can tuna? Just substitute that with raw red meat and you avoid the whole poisoning thing, and get all the benefits of eating the ideal, natural human diet.
