    I have been doing her dance workouts since 2 months now. I started to get a flat tummy to look good in my dresses, yesterday I felt my upper tummy hardened, first I was like wat the hell !! I looked in mirror, I have started to get abs !!!!! OMGG !! I started to look good now am here I look great but whats more important, I feel great, strong and simply amazing !!!!! More motivated than ever ! to anyone who is thinking of starting this, dont think just start :D :D , have a great day !

      hey ! i do this one, total toning hip hop workout, and how to get slim toned arms workout for almost 30 to 45 minutes ( with water breaks in between), like thrice a week. and i had been controlling my diet too, but i'm loving the results :D :D you should try them definitely !

    Been doing this on and off last month and i didnt noticed much of a difference but I engaged myself to this more I've been doing this for 5 days straight now and I can really see the difference! My stomach is much flatter imagine the results 3 months from now! Just saying, it does work.

    i couldnt keep up omg i was starting to hate her because SO MUCH PLANKING.... but i think ill try to do a bit more everyday.... ab workout has always been the thing i hate the most 😰

    Omg! I've been this workout about 13 times(I think, I lost track), AND I'M FINALLY ABLE TO DO THE PLANK SECTION WITHOUT STOPPING! IT WAS SUCH AN ACCOMPLISHMENT! I'M SO HAPPY ;u;

    I have wanted to start working out for a really long time. When I saw the videos and randomly gave them a try. I absolutely LOVED them! I've been doing a few videos each day to get Danielle's body. I remember on your channel that you need someone to look to and say, "I want to look like her"; you're my inspiration Danielle! My daughter tries to do them with me!

    Thanks a lot Danielle. I have started doing your workout since past week and I am already seeing the results. Though I have lost just a tiny bit of weight, my shape has started to improve. I still can't do planks though.

    WOW! you really know how to engage the stomache muscles as well as other parts of the body! for the last 30 minutes ive worked up such a sweat and actually feel the burn in my abs and obliques! THANK YOU!

    i did most of your workout vidoes for about a month or two and i seen amazing results i started to get abs at such a young age i started to feel awesome and less insure :D

    When I did the workout and I did the plank again it didn't burn as much as when I did it in the workout. This is also going to help models like me get fit and be flat tummy. Thank you so much I haven't got flat stomach yet but I know I'll get it.

    OMG I just couldn´t handle the plank it killed me!! I can´t

      that's what u used to think, but now I can plank for about a minute and a half! It used to KILL my back and arms, but if you do it every day you will start to be able to do it longer and longer. I would suggest trying to do it for 25 seconds a day, then increase from there :)

      emi loo wow thats a good strategy i dont do planks everyday like i used to in dance class because im out of middle school im in high school and they dont have dance in my school

      Man that sucks, if your high school is anything like mine was then sports are probably the only thing that seems to be worth funding. I'm an artist and it really saddened me when I transferred to my last school because they didn't have art or music (besides the band), it was either sports or nothing *sigh* most schools are like that nowadays though :( it really takes the individuality and creativity out of learning. Anywho, don't mind my rant haha, it's just something that always bothered me in school, im just glad that I finally graduated from that prison so I could go to art school. (Idk why I'm unloading all this here but whatever lol)

    i had to pause for a minute because of those planks. i have eaten nothing but trash today so it might affect to this, tho. But still I feel like she should motivate a little bit more to get the workout done.. Like 'juuust a little bit longer' and 'you can do it' -stuff so lazy people like me could keep it going 😊 and it's pretty hard to keep up sometimes because im not native english speaker so i have to look first what she does next before i can do it ☺ but thanks anyways for the workout videos, im definitely going to use them more in my future workouts!

    I like it but i would love it more if she is using the timing so that it's equal amount of time for both sides (when i try to copy her while watching). Just an opinion. :)
