Installing Cabinetry Hardware
We have reached the point of this project where we have pulled the cabinets out of the paint room and we're ready to install hardware in preparation for installation.
In this video we are installing soft close door hinges and doors, soft close drawer slides and drawers as well as knobs and handles.
We wanted to include these processes in this series as they are, especially in these larger projects, a significant step in the process. I rather enjoy the process of installing hardware and I'm not sure exactly what it is. I find that I really like the entire design/build process from the initial design, through the fabrication, to the finishing(maybe not so much) to the hardware and eventually the installation. So, maybe it's just where this process falls in the grander scheme of things...right after the finishing and right before we install the project and get paid.
