@CampbellsCreations Yea, I bought them months ago but have just been busy - and actually, probably was lacking the confidence to do it. I'm going to install them this weekend. I searched previously for install videos, but still lacked the confidence to do it myself. Youu've done a great job here - I know what to expect now Have you enjoyed them? Found much of a difference, the theory is sound, but can't find too much about results. Looking at the stock part you removed - I still think they are worth putting in.
@@andrewclawson8452 Thank you. If you have any questions during install hit me up in the comments or follow be on Instagram for a quicker response. I'd be glad to help with instruction. Yea I love the look and sound. As far as results I am unsure. It does seem to have more of an affect to pick up at lower rpms in the cooler nights. But it could just be me. But looking at the stock design it HAS to help
@CampbellsCreations I live in Australia, I started following your insta. I see you had a Holden on there. Don't know if you'll be able to help too much given time-zones ; I'll holler if I need to. I think with your video you've probably helped me immensely already. Much respect
Yes sir that was the car I always wanted growing up. Are there many still around Australia? Great man I appreciate the feed back. Yea still holler I may be up lol
Did you notice any difference. Before I bought my G70 and I was doing research I loved the way these snorkels look however that looks like alot of work lol. Before I go through all that did you notice any difference?
It was a good amount of work not going to lie. I didn't do much of a before and after review but def a sound difference esp on cold start. And just based on the stock design I feel like they had to make a difference lol. But no true data on it. If anything I could tell the difference more on night time cool driving vs warm daytime
@@CampbellsCreations Removing the stock inlets has been proven to make more power with the stock intake and adding the snorkels more as well. I personally think it's an ideal setup for the G70.
Thank you. I did notice the stock snorkels look very restricted so I bet these new snorkels have to work. I'm scared to take my brand new car bumper off lol. I fear I will break a clip lol
Na my service advisor at the dealer has them on his. Unless you run into a flood and they be like your car blew up because you drove it in 5 feet of water with these on.
I don't have any number but every fresh air intake I have installed improved the performance on other cars I have dynoed. The factory design didn't seem like enough flow for mods and this sounds waayyy better
I haven't had any issues in the rain. I have not drove it in the snow yet. They do make water resistant filter covers though. I also don't punch it in the rain for it to suck in too hard.
The printed ones for the pre facelift I may have found online or they came in the box I don’t remember. The ones for the 2022+ I got from scanning a QR code in the box
Yea I mean it’s a tough one. I like the bigger screen on the 2023. And the rear of the 2019 looks sportier. The 2023 looks more luxurious. I’m still not completely sold on the split lights in the front of the 2023 but the 2019 front gives me Hyundai vibes. But the 2019 having moving HID lights is cool. I really only went new for the warranty because I’m new to Hyundai/genesis and was a little untrusting.
@CampbellsCreations I'm not hating. They are nice cars. I do have to disagree, though. I think the 18 and 17 are Hyundai vibes. I have never had anyone say that's a Hyundai it's always Bentley or Chrysler. But yeah man nice looking car nonetheless
The g70 wasn't out in 17 and 18. Yea only the haters call them hyundais or kias lol. The added features pushed me to the newer ones. Looks wise I can take either
@CampbellsCreations yeah you're right I meant the g80 I didn't realize the g70 wasn't out then I was assuming because the g80 was a 2017 model I just figured g70 was offered also. But the g80 looks like Hyundai sonata. Anyways yeah I was actually going to get a 2023. I got a better deal on the 19 with 9k miles on it so I went with that so my statement is biased. I don't prefer one or the other. I saw a gray 2023 that thing was sick. My wife wants one now. So we may add another. If I do get another it will be a 2023. Like you said there are more features that I wish I had. One thing is wifi Hotspot etc. My car has a modem but they stopped doing wifi because they couldn't agree with Verizon or some bs
Oh that sucks. Yeaa I see what you are saying. The 2017 g80 is def a nicer sonata lol. Two g70s would be crazy cool. Any other options you looked in to, like bmw 3 series or Acura tlx?
I just got my g70 3 weeks ago I love it, and I'm going to get this done soon and also. Much love broski
Nice! You’ll enjoy it. Hit me up with any questions.
Great install
Great video playa! Installing mine this weekend 💯
Preach! Let me know you have any questions
Excellent video. Great choice in background music as well
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing man! 👍 looks like air intake needs adjusted to breath easily.. 😊
No problem 👍I agree I didn't like the factory design
fantastic video
Thanks. Are you about to install some?

That extra horsepower kit.
Thanks for the video
No problem!
Nice
How have your filters faired with the snorkels? Are you seeing more dirt get in the airbox?
Pretty good so far. The engine bay is a little dusty but it kinda was already with the big grill opening. It's only been 3 months though

Hope they come up with this kit for the gv70 3.5t
It can happen lol. I was too
Will this void the warranty too? Nah righ 🤔

How is the performance after you swap those? Can you feel a difference?.

Does all the Genesis g70 2022 and after not have the ags?
I believe so. I believe it was removed with the facelift
Where did you get those directions

@CampbellsCreations Roger that dude thanks
@@CampbellsCreations it looks pretty straightforward
Yep just be careful with the bumper around the headlights. Let me know if you have anymore questions

Of course, I have a 2019 and have to do all the extra shit. I should have bought the 2022, but u actually prefer the style of the 2019 more
