Love my MZ 75 ! I have #81 in Cibola AZ. Customer service is beyond compare. We had an issue with shipping . The company damaged the hammer in transport. I took photos of the damage while unpacking and emailed them in less than 10 minutes I got a call from Mary Lou and Ken. Their goal was to make things right as soon as possible and they sure did. I know if I had any problems or questions they would be answered by the next day. Congrats on Mary Lou #100 !

I built a mechanical one the ram on mine is around 95 lbs it’s a beast I like the control system you have for the air very sweet system guys thanks for posting

Thanks Ken for putting together this video story. I am still enjoying using my Jz100 that I built a couple of years ago using your control kit and cylinder. I've done a lot of things with it that I never thought I could do. I love the control I have and boy does it hit hard.

I'm trying to reverse engineer that steam hammer linkage for use on Josh DeLisle's air hammer. I'll be at it for a while. :-D
Curious about that valve body. That is a hydraulic unit running on air? Beautiful design and great components! I would buy one today if I didn't need a hammer just twice a year. If I win the lottery I'll get a pair for fun.

How load is the hammer while it’s in operation, I live in a area where I have close neighbors.
We do not have an official decibel reading for the hammer, but we have a phone app that can be used to measure decibels. The hammer read out at about 75 dB while cycling without making contact with material, 87 dB pounding directly on dies, and about 85-90 dB when pounding on hot iron. This will obviously fluctuate depending on the building you’re in and the particular material you’re working on.
Ken's Custom Iron it will be at least a couple months before I’m able to purchase one of these, I’ve had my eye on one for the longest time, but I do have several questions on this, I make knifes mainly, with Damascus and tooling through in there, do these come with different dies or just flat dies,

At $6500 each, Im not surprised that you only sold 100, obviously you have sold a lot more, be interesting if I took your plan and had them made in China, I wonder what my price point could be, maybecheap enough to be able to sell 100 a month. Just need to make a transfer stating it is made in USA, Which would be 100% correct, because I would assemble them in the U.S. Maybe a price of $3990 would make them sell.really well.Because as a average guy with a average pay check, I cant afford $6500 for one, for starters my wife would kill me for spending that much for my hobby. No Ill just stay in my tiny shed hitting away with my hammer, as Im not that type of guy.
