- An update to our video posted in 2017, this video is an introduction of the MZ75 Power Hammer. It will give you an in-depth view of a few of the hammer's main components and will hopefully answer any questions you may have had about it. As always, feel free to send us an email at mail@kensiron.com if you have any questions.

Just like its big brother the KZ100, the MZ75 operates just like a steam hammer. We use a mechanical linkage and a directional valve along with compressed air to operate and control the hammer. There are no solenoid valves or limit switches. This versatile and lightweight hammer has supreme control for all of your forging projects.

THANK you!!
Excellent! Still loving my MZ75!! Thank you and hope to see you all again soon.
We are glad to hear you are enjoying your hammer. Sure beats swinging a hand hammer all day.
Still learning mine, love using it, I just need more time in my day!
I'll continue to say this, your power hammer is (in my opinion) the MOST versatile hammer made!
Thank you again!!!
Thank you Mark. We are so glad to hear you are loving you hammer. Yes the versatility with being able to do single or multiple blows along with soft of hard blows has so many advantages. Hopefully you get more time to use it in the near future.
Great video
Thanks!
Heck yeah, thank you again for the overview
I’ve still yet to hook up the cycle adjuster I made based on what I could see in your videos,my thing is I made my ram 120#s so it takes a bit more air pressure of course
I may need to drop some weight off once I have the cycle adjuster installed and during the possible troubleshooting
man Oh man do I have my eye on one of these!
Helpful video...thx
You'll be hearing from me..... saving up $$$..
Let us know when you are ready to move forward with a hammer and we would be happy to give you a shipping rate quote
Hi Ken, Still getting used to the hammer. I am living proof that it's hard to teach an old dog new tricks. My grandson and I are having a great time with it though and we are improving daily. Thanks for a great product.
Thank you. Glad to hear you and your grandson are having a great time with it. If you ever have any questions please let us know.
Hello there Ken! I've talked with you on the phone about a power hammer and still need one. Someday soon I'm hoping! Great presentation 👍...
If you have any questions about the hammer that I did not cover please give me a call. Looking forward to talking to you again.
I just ordered the same or I sure hope it is a very good hammer I do believe it is I have mini of tools from Ken and I believe in his work
I just know you will love your MZ75 hammer when you get it. The controllability is amazing.
The Quick Tongs you sent me are great. The v-bit were challenging tho.
We are pleased to hear you enjoy the tongs. Some of the tongs are a little more complicated than others. We encourage people to refer to our videos on tong making if they have questions. Usually the video and the instructions are the answer.
Nicely done🦾🦾🦾
Is there any possibility to deliver in Romania?🙏
A nice presentation but i would like to see some forging under that hammer please. Kind regards Blacksmith Filip Ponseele DEMOOR powerhammer owner-Belgium
Thank you. Check out our other videos on our Ken's Custom Iron channel.
@@KjZiturKensCustomIron Thank you very much. Kind regards Blacksmith Filip Ponseele
is there any freaking way to have this imported to europe?
DO you sell them in Australia.
Unfortunately no we do not. Shipping International these days is a little bit of a challenge.
@@KjZiturKensCustomIron Not if you set up an Australian distributor, then ship them by the container. Ild love to own one.
the links to the hammers are broken and lead to a 404 page
The hammer is great, it just takes a little practice (only a little) and I can do anything I need to. Very happy with it. I also appreciate the personal touch you and your family give to the business whether its for an
MLZ -75 or a blacksmith apron. Thank for all you do.
Should be fixed now, Dogsaladsalad! Thanks for the feedback!
We appreciate you and your support, Dana! So happy you're still loving your hammer!
