    This is where I start my weight loss journey guys!
    11-28-23 (Day 1) - Started off GREAT, I had energy, motivation, etc then towards the middle I got sloppy and then back again towards the end, I was doing great again. It didn't really hurt all that much because I've done this before, I'm not a beginner but Moutain Climbers do HURT. See you guys tomorrow!

    I have finally completed the 20min workout session for the time and it feels very rewarding mentally and physically for someone who is always a lazy couch potato. Great workout. Would love to see how long I can push

    I only lasted for 10 mins. Hahaha, but it is my first time again doing exercise,I'm 110 kilos right now, and I hope I will be fit by the help of this video, and starting today, I will not eat calories food and now, my diet starts❤️

    Im 5'4, 142lbs, and im 12 years old, before this comment, i have made it 5 days completing all the exercises. every time I complete a workout, i feel like quiting, but this coming winter im going to do this every day and walk 4.5 kilometers. and im playing hockey so im extra active, after winter I will comment to tell ya'll how much I changed, bye for now...

    The diets consist of no junk food and sugar foods right? My plan is to do this workouts and loss weight but I’m not sure what times should I be eating at or what foods

    Started this 3 weeks ago from not doing any exercise.
    Week 1: Started only able to do 15 mins, then down to 12 mins and then skipped day 3 from muscle pain. Back to it while skipping galf tge calf exercises. By day 5 i could get through the video with breaks and end of week 1.
    Week 2: Found i was able to do the whole video without brraks, though i know my form is terrible and some exercises should be much harder on me then im letting them. By the end of the week, im taking a 1-2 min break ay about the 14min mark as i feel i can get more out of the last exercises while im not gasping for breath.
    Week 3: Life and visiters happened and i didnt get any of these exercises in, though it got suplimented with lots of walking amd camping.
    Start of week 4: Back to the gring. Got through the wgole video wanting to break at the 17min mark, but pushing through happily.
    My take so far.
    Dont be afraid to listen to your body. Take breaks and build up. Just 1 week of slow buildup will see results. Just keep at it and again, listen to your body. If musclea need repair or uou need a break, do it. Just make sure to reassess the next day and stick to it even when uour mind says you dont want to. I guess this is a case of "body over mind".
    Additionally, I starred having breakfast for the first time in many years in the form of 1 scoop of greens and 1 scoop of protein powder. The ones advised by the huys at the store after I told them my goals of losing weight. Greens taste like shit but its 12 servings of fruit and veg in a quick gulp.

      for real its my day3 and i am unable to walk without pain i think i am getting cramps in my calf (legs) and i have to go to school, i am dying too but it help a lot

      Aim for a small change in diet. For diet, you can start by avoiding fried food/junk food and sugary foods and drinks. Once you are able to stay to this rule for 2 - 3 weeks while performing this workout, you will definitely see changes in your body!

      Yes but u can also include weight training. I recommend doing this in the morning before breakfast and find some time to lift during the day
