It does not work in 21 days but if you do it for a month you’ll feel a whole lot better and if you switch the exercise to another one of these for another month you’ll start seeing real results trust me I lost 70 pounds in 11 months with diet and these exercises
i just started doing these and i think thats the trick of it. do a few diffrent exercises and change them up a bit plus try walking a hour a day and eating better.
Now you ain't gonna get a 6pack in the time it says lol but if you understand how the body literally burns fat then you'll see results pretty quick after a couple weeks of twice a day
