    For me, this is one of the best workouts ever and I am doing sports since little. Every part of the body is included. It should be included in every day routine. Nice work!

    I fell in love with these exercises, what about the others? Because I used to have belly fat and excess belly fat, I weighed 87 kg and now my body weight has decreased to 63 kg, a result of tireless exercise.

    Good morning
    Very tough, moreso am 67 of age
    Sweating, yes, at the end of the workout
    But a few of the exercises I couldn't complete for the 45 secs.
    Is it a rupture
    Too demanding in terms of energy

    Nice HIIT routine Definitely feeling good after this workout. Love the new formating you have implemented and explanation of what we're working to accomplish. I mixed this with your pre warm-up and post warm-up routines. Love it keep them coming. Thanks.

    Amazing workout I loved it, today is my first and I will do all the coming 3 months as today I wasn’t able to do some.

    It's super duper hard exercise I can't even complete all 30 mins. But it's very very effective for our body it's a really good exercise. I hope one day i will complete this ❤️

    For the last few months I have been working hard to get that dream physique.. I follow your videos when I don't have much more time to work out as your videos gives max output in min time... Today is Jan 1 and its not possible to work out outside due to winter conditions.. So starting today to reach mh dream soon🙂🙂🙂Love♥️♥️

    Love your workouts! Simple, difficult but not impossible - but especially love how real your are! The fact that you too struggle with workouts makes you relatable... So many trainers feel god-like for some of their workouts - you, however, are so relateable and inspiring, and really make us as followers believe everything is attainable.

    Hi Rowan, how many calories do you reckon this work out would burn? Just a suggestion, but it would be useful for the longer workouts/fat burning workouts to give this calorie figure.

      This one is in between 400-500 depends how intense you execute the exercises
