The Dr thinks some sort of sharp force trauma happened to the legs, but that it happened after death. (Thank god.) Also, because the legs were found in pieces, the Dr. uses her judgement to say that the pieces were from the same leg, and uses DNA to determine that at least some pieces were from Krista. Also that he claimed to dive for the police department. God she looks miserable. poor girl. 5:19:55 *Paige Valenta* , with the police department, here to testify that the police department doesn't even have a scuba team and that Chandler was never employed there. She's on the stand for less than a minute. 5:21:38 *Detective Shunt* back on the stand testifying about some items in evidence, like the bag of bloody rags, and the rope Chaz used to drag body parts around, etc. 5:39:40 James Langer commentary 6:01:25 we're back with *Jessica Crawford* , she's a firearms and toolmark examiner. 6:11:30 *Laura Matson* latent print and footprint examiner. She found one of Chaz's fingerprints on the bloody tarp, also some footprints that are consistent with at least one of his pairs of shoes. 6:45:35 *Meghann McMahon* , trace evidence examiner . She tried to compare the piece of rope they found at the house to the rope around Bart's torso but there wasn't enough detail. She also compared some pieces of duct tape found on the tarp to the roll of duct tape found at the Halderson house, and found that the pieces connected to each other and to the roll at the house. she also compared some broken pieces of saw and found a match between a piece found at Cress's farm to a piece found at the Halderson home. after that they decide to break for the day. 7:07:05 James Langer commentary
Judge Hyland is the most professional, courteous and engaged judge I've ever seen presiding over one of these high profile cases! IMO his behavior should serve as a model for other judges in WI and around the country
I agree. He seems to have a pleasant and friendly disposition, while also being professional. You are right about serving as a role model. You couldn’t find a better trial judge. Two other judges I like, are Judge Frank Caprio, a traffic court judge I think, and Judge Hurley who is an arraignment judge.
I've been watching far too many Florida cases! I'm Canadian and this is the first Wisconsin case I've watched. I greatly appreciated the courteous and professional processes and the amazing Judge John Hyland in this case! Canadian cases are never broadcast as they are in the US because of our strict privacy laws. This felt like home.
I concur 100% very very professional, courteous, respectful towards everyone in this case! Others could learn a great deal from his PROFESSIONAL Judge!!
@@LB-id6wf the dna expert going through her evidence alllllmost had me skipping over her testimony. That’s been the only time I’ve been even slightly bored.
@@MrsMrMoney not heard that bit, but generally isn’t it also fascinating the background and training and how people end up doing what they’re doing. They were all so calm and professional. Seeing the bones today really drove home the violence of this guy. Imagine if you saw the actual photos. No wonder Cress noticed he was tired on the Sunday and let him sleep for a while. Can you imagine the sheer effort it took to do this crime plus carry on your social life. At what point do you not stop?? Can you imagine chopping their heads off and watching them burn in a fire that’s not even designed to do it quickly. It beggars belief! And he’s so young. Clearly being in prison is not bothering him, look how smartly his hair has been cut. Not a single emotion or tear at the violence. Maybe he thinks he’ll get to walk free. I bet he’ll run rings around his inmates with his lies. And he’ll never work a day in his life. PS: did you like detective Sabrina Simms? Love her smile, it’s infectious ☺️
@@LB-id6wf oh my, you put that so gruesomely...I'm imaging the same things, trying to figure out if he laughed while he was doing all this, devilishly.
Excellent forensic testimony, no defence here. A lazy son who knew he was 'rumbled' and rather than face the music, killed and abused the bodies of his parents in the most horrific way. I feel so sorry for the other son. For his ex-fiance and her mother who is obviously totally traumatised by his actions. The ripples on this pond will continue indefinitely.
Extra horrible that he used the farm to dump body parts there. Those women embraced him and cared about him and his well-being. He used their respect for him against them. Just horrific.
Chazzzz could have atleast taken the stand and gave us a decent bullsh1t story to make us forget about his absurd "interrogation" (interview before arrested) he be guilty from trial day 1 5min in. There was no getting out of this.
I feel bad for his girlfriend dude, she slept on the couch in the same room as the fireplace while all of this was going on. She testified she went into the basement to get ice and at this time his parents were inside of the other freezer.
So... The shoes were positively identified as Chandler's through DNA testing on the inside of the shoe. The blood on the bottom of the soles was positively identified as the blood from both his mother and father. The footprints on the tarp was a positively identified as only those shoes that could have made those tracks. Lastly, Chandler's fingerprint was found on the outside of the yellow tape that was found inside the trash bin, where the blood on the tarp and inside the bin were positively identified as being from his father. That is the link I was looking for. I think it's time that the defense just throw up their hands say we have no witnesses and let the jury convict this monster and lock him up for the rest of his life.
Yes. Today was the clincher. Why did this young man think he should plead not guilty with all this hard evidence? I actually feel sorry for his attorneys. They are probably public defenders and got stuck with this. And he's probably been lying his butt off to them too. He is so weird.
Omg here we go again. All that evidence STILL DOES NOT PROVE HE MURDERED THEM. What it does show is he mutilated the bodies. People are not thinking. They are confusing evidence of the mutilation with the murder itself. They need to prove the murder weapon was used by Chandler..and that the bullet from that gun is the one found in the bodies. The state has NOT YET DONE THAT. No matter what prints are on the tarp....the tarp was not the murder weapon...it was used for mutilation purposes post death. Think people.
Loved the medical examiner’s sarcastic answer to the defence. Defence: how did you determine that it was murder by just finding the limbs? ME: well I don’t think limbs are going to just going to walk there on their own (or something similar). Defence’s redirect questions were so stupid
I feel guilty that I’m learning such interesting things from the brutal murder of 2 wonderful human beings. These poor people, done by their own son, absolutely horrible.
I've watched all 6 days and now working through day 7. This is my first time finding a complete unedited trial of this calibre. I'm fascinated with how professional the courtroom is, yet it's friendly and even relaxed. Considering the subject matter, that seems amazing to me. It's all been very educational!! Thank you Channel 3000. I've been fascinated by the legal process and am impressed with how "clean" the proceedings are. Everything the prosecution is showing seems to be very well thought out, organized, and above all thorough. I'm so impressed with the judge that he's nearly made me want to go back to Uni to be one. As for the defence.... geez, I think I could defend Chandler better and that's even with the unfortunate belief that he did this horrible crime. Everyone deserves a fair trial, regardless of perception, or whether public opinion thinks he did it. We're all innocent until proven guilty. His defence team just feels like they were rented. I really hope, in the interest of fairness, that the defence actually has a reasonable presentation on behalf of their client when it's their turn to present their side. As it stands, it just looks like Chaz is the only person who could have done this. There's been no pushback at all from the defence in cross-examination. I would not want his defence team for a parking ticket, much less a murder trial. Perhaps that's just his karma...
He has no family or friends left that want anything to do with him. And Since he was broke before the arrest he is even more broke now with lack of support so chances are the defense is court appointed which means his lawyers are the bottom of the barrel. It's not surprising they are this bad.
@@vlogsquad7259 Absolutely agree - and more! It's pure respect without an agenda for the rights of the accused, a trial fairly judged,a highly competent team of Fact Finders, trained scientists and appropriate sentencing.
Just a note for all of those wondering why the defense "stick with it"... He is legality entitled to affective, capable, legal representation. If they did not do anything to dispute or question whatever they could, Chandler could appeal, ask for a mistrial and even get off for incompetent representation, ineffective representation, clinic conflict of interest, etc. Yes, the evidence is overwhelming, but they have to make sure his legal rights are all met so nothing can be used to lessen his sentence or punishment!
It takes a special type of person to be able to work with dead bodies and body parts all day long. Much respect to the pathologists and anthropologists.
The interesting thing about these scientists is that they are not all geeks regurgitating data, most are interesting to listen to. Even the cops are somewhat likeable. Fascinating stuff.
Agree. Indeed his way of carrying himself would allow spectators ans witnesses to feel safe in that environment. The utmost respect was genuinely used.
If only all judges were as courteous, professional and downright fabulous as Judge John Hyland. Best judge I've ever seen - and I've watched a lot of trials!
The more you watch this case the more you realise how much of a pathological liar Chandler really is. It’s sickening and very chilling how he did this to his parents.
Wow when she was explaining the piece of cranial bone and then the tooth root and crown. That is beyond evil, that is demonic. Is the brother sitting through all of this? That’s so sad 😞
He's such a tool, awkwardly insisting on using the phonetic alphabet and only remembering to say "sir" half the time. Reeks of the kind of RotC fanboy who desperately hopes doing some kind of military service will make him cooler.
LITERALLY. He's one of those dudes who joined the military just to be able to shoot and kill people. So weird to have such a great obsession with guns. @@dumpko
The kid who gave Chandler the gun is so cocky and an embarrassment to the military. My husband is a 27 year vet and would never act like this kid. So many inappropriate responses. He almost acted like he was excited to have a part in this case. I agree with all the comments on the forensic testimony. So well versed and well spoken.
Agreed!! Very cocky individual. And it wasn't necessary to use foul language in a court of law...he was odd... I would be mad and also feel guilty if I had given someone a gun and they then turned around and killed people with it.. sad case here..😢
I think the friend was involved, specially on giving ideas on the emails he was showing his father, he's not that smart, also bringing the gun to a guy he never met in person, he should be investigated. This cruel act was like a video game fantasy created from this two disgusting "friends"
Thank you so much for sharing this complete broadcast of the trial! Very much appreciated. I like to see every minute, in the proper chronological order. 👍🏻 ✌🏻💜😇 ✌🏻💜😇
It's good that Chandler is getting educated here as he will have alot of stories to tell in jail on how he got caught so fast. Good luck mate. Don't drop the soap.
The police department involved in this case need to train some other PD throughout this country! I'm impressed with how detail oriented this investigation has been!!
That defense attorney asking how the medical examiner determined it was homicide... I was hoping she would have responded with, "well they didn't walk themselves out there!" Just because you can ask stupid questions, doesn't mean you should.
As a mother of 5...I can't imagine any of my sons or daughters, hacking me up, then discarding my parts , dumping them in a field or forest, like used up chicken bones. How, why? I can't wrap my head around this son, doing these horrific things to his mom, who gave him life, and cared for him 23 yrs. A true horror nightmare.
I can't figure this out either because it was so bizarre. From what I can gather, I think that Chandler's biggest concern was everybody finding out about all of his lies, which would cause him to lose his girlfriend and just generally feel like a loser. He was stupid enough to think that he could get away with it. Because he doesn't feel anything for the people he killed, they were an obstacle to his inheritance. What I find even more disturbing is how he looks so harmless and I think the people that were around that week are lucky that they didn't catch or confront him. They came pretty close.
I kind of hope this gives an idea to further homicidal maniacs out there that it's very hard to get away with murder these days. This is overwhelming and very distinct evidence. I've never watched a trial with this much detail. However I can't imagine the family of the Halderson Couple how they must feel knowing that this is being displayed for the world to see. My heart goes out to them at this time and I do hope that Bart and Krista are able to rest in a better place now.
I was thinking the same thing, if anyone thinks they can get away with murder after seeing the level of what forensics can do, they must be crazy. It’s amazing how much detail they’ve been able to present.
What evidence do you refer to? Show me the evidence that he actually killed his parents? There is none yet. What there is is lots of evidence of the dismemberment of the bodies. There is yet no evidence presented he actually murdered them.
@@GavStaR79 Have you watched the trial.or did you come here just to argue with someone. Start at DAY 1 and work your way up to current then leave a comment.
@@GavStaR79 unfortunately I agree with you. We all know this monster killed his parents because HIS TIME WAS UP! I thought he was found GUILTY of dismembering the elderly man’s body and dumping it in the bay. Apparently, he is only guilty of evidence tampering..
@@melanierickman1242 I wish it was like that! We have soo many mental nut jobs out there who don’t even think about evidence and forensics until after the crime has been committed 🥲

So Chaz couldn’t look at a computer monitor at Space X after his pretend head injury - blurred vision mmkay - but he could play video games all day every day with his military bud? Yeah. OK. How did he fool anyone? Lol.
That army guy needs to stop playing video games and go get laid -- he acts like a 22-year old Archie Bunker, with less tact. And it would be helpful to society if he stops gifting murder weapons to complete psychopaths.
I must say, the testimony of Andrew Smith/aka; the Army guy was quite entertaining, to say the least!! 🙊😅 "That's frankly none of your business.." "I'm not trying to get f**ked for something I didn't do.." Oh my! 😂😂😂
The details from the forensic teams is brilliant, although it may teach us a lot, we need to remember two human beings were brutalised, my heart goes out to Mitchell, the family and everyone effected by this evil
This kid reminds me of the other guy that killed and dismembered his parents. Pretty much same circumstances. Parents were tired of totally supporting their lazy selfish immature sons. Sons decided to kill parents. One boils his Mom's head in a pot on the kitchen stove. The other burns his parent's heads in the fireplace. Maybe hands too. I want to know why the hell they do such horrid things to the people that gave them life?? I imagine in my mind's eye the parents teaching the sons how to walk...ride a bike...catch a ball...pet a kitten or dog...how to tie their shoes...how to tie a tie...comforting them when they were sick or bullied...helping them learn how to drive...holding their hand when they were little. How do these young men turn so ungodly hateful to their parents to the point of not only killing them but heinously dismembering them and burning them or putting them in a barrel of acid????? These sons were not molested. Mentally or physically abused. Just told hey it's time to grow up and get a job and get on with your lives. What's strange is that they all have a brother who is normal, has a family, wife and kids, works, has a home....Just like Grant Amato. The one wierdo in the family that decides to kill their parents because they're told to grow up and be a responsible adult. My God. This is insane!!!
It’s mind boggling! Other siblings in the families you mentioned were all successful. They all grew up in the same household , yet it basically turns out to be the youngest child that decides to annihilate his parents! What makes these particular “boys” decide that murder and dismemberment is going to be the answer to all their problems! Grant Amato and Joel Guy should start writing to Chandler to check compare notes…..they are all so similar.
@@joycemarie9702 a thing I’ve not seen addressed re: the Guy case is his sexual orientation and how that may have been a factor in his family dynamic. Halderson appears to have been treated/inappropriately sheltered like a “kid” well into his twenties. I’m surprised that there is no psychological research/input from defense in either of these cases. Both were very sloppy in commission of their crimes & guilty beyond reasonable doubt. it would be helpful to understand more about this common puzzling profile.
The similarities among these murder cases is remarkable! It’s as if the indolent man child can’t face being on the precipice and ordered to launch himself into the adult world.
I know. In this case I feel very sorry for both parents but Krista was a stay at home mum and devoted 25 years of her life to just raising her boys and this is how one of them repaid her. He even had the cheek to text her beforehand (after killing his dad) and ask her to bring some soda home and she probably did. And now neither parent gets the decency of a proper resting place. And yes, ok, they might've been over protective parents who wouldn't even drink alcohol in front of their kids but that's not a reason at all.
Joel Guy Jr. trial .. very similar cases. He boiled his mothers head, thought nothing of it … another entitled, narcissistic psychopath. There are more that walk amongst us than I actually thought… so many John and Jane Does, so many cold cases… makes me think who my neighbours actually are!?
I hope Mitchell finds some kind of peace after this evil moron is put away. I can’t imagine his shock to find out his brother did this to their parents. Sending him love and light in such darkness he has to deal with.
If only Chandler applied all this energy into finding employment, he'd have found a very well- paying job, even in the gaming industry since he's such an avid gamer. His father was onto him twelve months prior to the murders, he gave Chandler the benefit of the doubt for all that time with the back and forth fake emails? He could have easily used a few lies to buy himself some time so that he can fix his employment situation, not commit so much to the lies that it lead to this? This is heartbreaking 😭. I wish there were cameras just on his face during the gruesome testimonies
I get the feeling that him working at local gas station or flipping burgers wasn't going to go over well with his parents. We see this all the time parents that push their kids into being what they want them to be and not necessarily caring about what the kid wants. I'm not saying that for sure happened here but I do get the sense that both parents may have pushed Chandler into college and wanting him to have a job to be proud of. That would make sense as far as him lying about his schooling and jobs.
Well, I'm an "avid gamer" who has a masters in comp sci who makes (or made) 1500 USD a year in a 3rd world country. Joke's on me, huh. With Chandler's qualification, I highly doubt he had any shot at getting a job in the "gaming industry".

You have absolutely no idea how hard it is to be a gamedev. It's not as "easy" as making your hair and nails, making pottery or making "some music" with a random instrument. And it's clear that you are a person who hasn't wrote a single line of code in their life. In layman's terms, you can think of it like rocket science. Yeah, sure, you can make a few pop soda rockets in your backyard for "funsies", but that's just it. You need some sort of a specialization like you know, gameplay programming, backend programming, art and VFX, etc. The most "common jobs" in gaming these days is QA and that's what an "QA engineer" in gaming earns in a 3rd world country. TBH, that would be a better name for lawyers who charge $$$$$$ to defend the sickest people, because you know they have the means to say no to that money.
The defenses questions are bizarre & only reaffirm they have absolutely no game plan. Their strategy must be to make the jury confused or insane or think their client is poorly represented. This evidence is damning. The prosecution was able to prove Chandler and ONLY Chandler touched the duct tape attached to the bloody tarp that was wrapped around Barts torso, that Chandler was seen by two witnesses walking out of the woods where Barts torso was found., that Chandler was the only party in the home the night the fireplace was blazing all night long & where human skull was found in the fireplace, that he's a pathological liar who had everything to lose if his lies were exposed. He's done.
Their questions are confirming that the prosecution has no direct evidence between the murders and Chandler, and also they are pointing out the evidence is not absolute. We won't know what, if anything, the defense has planned until they present their case. They have something in mind otherwise they would have tried to get a plea deal.

Same. That is why I'm watching this here, instead of Law & Crime!

His poor brother... what a nightmare for him.
🙏♥️prayers for the brother, for the complete destruction of his family, by his brother. Kind of a Judas betrayal.
I know, Chandler or Chazz took everything away from his brother. He took both parents and him away. Because you can be assured, he is not the brother anyone would want to have now.
1:43 intro by James Langer
2:43 judge is talking about covid positive juror, then asks if the jury was exposed to any media, etc. everyone says no.
6:22 *Dr. Agnieszka Rogalska* , the medical examiner. If you want to skip past her background to the point: 10:45 She examined Krista's legs that were found :( Poor Krista. She can't get a cause of death from the legs beyond "homicidal violence." Brief cross at 55:08
1:00:37 *Deputy Michael Wilk* again. He's here to testify about the lights in the fireplace window and the garage again. Nothing new really, if you saw the other testimony from that video expert the other day.
1:11:15 James Langer commentary
1:31:20 *Christina Figuero Soto* , forensic anthropologist. If you want to skip past her background to the point: 1:38:59
3:19:27 cross. my favorite cross. "you couldn't determine if the bones came from one human or from six humans, is that right?" Is the defense trying to imply that Chaz was a serial killer?
3:22:04 James Langer commentary
4:22:20 *Andrew Smith* , a ray of fcking sunshine. He's that friend of Chandler's, former military, the guy who gave Chandler the gun Chandler used to kill Bart and Krista, and the guy who may have given Chandler the idea of pretending to have a head injury b/c he has a past injury that may or may not be responsible for his odd behavior/mannerisms. He says "Sir" a lot but manages to seem incredibly rude throughout. Kind of amazing testimony really. highlights: 4:28:42 4:32:30 (I just think it's funny how he says "anything like THIS" ) 4:51:45 watch about 2 minutes from here until he says how broke he is. 4:54:20 he calls the defense lawyer sir 4:58:30 she asks a question that he tells her "none of your business"
5:00:08 Greetings! It's *detective Clint Seltzner* ! He searched Chandler's bedroom and found a bunch of phones including the burner phone, and some other stuff
5:12:08 *Alex Gravatt* an old friend of Chandler's, testifies that they liked to swim at a location near where Krista's legs were found
5:16:10 *Dakota Brown* another ex-girlfriend, looks a lot like Cat in my opinion, also testifies about swimming at that location.
5:39:40 James Langer commentary
6:01:25 we're back with *Jessica Crawford* , she's a firearms and toolmark examiner.

Unbelievable!!! Out of this world! Can’t imagine the jury can be bored in this case, just wow.

The "right" woman. Ugh.
Agree!
Extra horrible that he used the farm to dump body parts there. Those women embraced him and cared about him and his well-being. He used their respect for him against them. Just horrific.
Agreed, I thought this ME was incredibly direct and well spoken. A fantastic witness, i assume amazing at her job.
He's a lilly livered coward - probs knows he'll go down, but so deluded he also hopes there'll be some sort of technical hitch and mistrial.

The ONLY WAY Chandler would get off with not guilty verdict, is if Jurors were complete morons and had a vendetta against American Justice system..
Well said, I agree!!
He has no family or friends left that want anything to do with him. And Since he was broke before the arrest he is even more broke now with lack of support so chances are the defense is court appointed which means his lawyers are the bottom of the barrel. It's not surprising they are this bad.
Their is no defence !!!

I can’t help but chuckle every time we talk about “let’s have a lunch break” after listening to this grotesque testimony.
Legally
It takes a special type of person to be able to work with dead bodies and body parts all day long. Much respect to the pathologists and anthropologists.
The interesting thing about these scientists is that they are not all geeks regurgitating data, most are interesting to listen to. Even the cops are somewhat likeable. Fascinating stuff.

The Haldersons would have never imagined this either from their kid.
No matter what the circumstances, I can’t wrap my head around him doing that,🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️maybe too many slasher movies???
I can't figure this out either because it was so bizarre. From what I can gather, I think that Chandler's biggest concern was everybody finding out about all of his lies, which would cause him to lose his girlfriend and just generally feel like a loser. He was stupid enough to think that he could get away with it.
Because he doesn't feel anything for the people he killed, they were an obstacle to his inheritance. What I find even more disturbing is how he looks so harmless and I think the people that were around that week are lucky that they didn't catch or confront him. They came pretty close.
Don't mean to let you down, but Krista and Bart Halderson couldn't imagine that, either.
This is why the entire case is so bone-chilling. 😦
having 5 kids sounds absolutely awful and exhausting. i'll stick with my cats lmao.
I kind of hope this gives an idea to further homicidal maniacs out there that it's very hard to get away with murder these days. This is overwhelming and very distinct evidence.

In layman's terms, you can think of it like rocket science. Yeah, sure, you can make a few pop soda rockets in your backyard for "funsies", but that's just it.
It's almost as if they are asking questions for the sake of asking something😆
@One Anjel 🤣. You keep commenting. Are you his friend? Evidence is clearly there. Do you need an eyewitness watch him cutting them up? Gtfo. Dude is toast. As he should be. Can't wait to see your comments when the guilty verdict is read💞. He needs to be buried UNDER the prison.

LOVING all of the amazing women in STEM that the state is presenting as witnesses! 👏🏽👩🏻🔬🔬
You know how I know he’s guilty, he never shedded a tear when his parents were mentioned. 🥺
So Chandler totally got the "head injury" story from his military buddy.
Her tick saying right almost every answer is now got me hearing it every time. Very thorough to be sure.
Yeah I found that a bit annoying but she’s so smart and knowledgeable, it kind of made me forget about it lol
But it’s better than the gum-chewing female deputy! 😜
Like the idiot army guy and his "yes sir" to EVERY REPLY.
In response to your reply..I want to throw in some sarcasm and say.."Right?"
Geez. Glad I'm not the only one that may have been a little annoyed with that.
"Right" is driving me crazy!!! I know its my issue, not hers. It is incredibly distracting even though I do want to pay attention to her intelligent responses.
@@dominoediggs4790 if there was a drinking game every time she said right, you'd be sloshed by the end of her testimony! 😳

He's showing himself to be an utter nob-head! 🤦♀️🙄
He's friends with Chandler..what do you expect?
I had no idea so many experts work on a murder case.
Thank gawd Andrew Smith's name wasn't Theodore Vanderknecht. It would have been a 10 hour day!

Oh Lord the questioning of the Defence continues to be shallow, pointless and brief in the extreme. There is just no case to be made. The evidence is overwhelming
The evidence of dismemberment and mutilation is overwhelming. There is yet no evidence that he actually pulled the trigger to kill them only speculation he likley had to of......well thats not evidence. People are utterly confusing the two.
The defense does not have the burden of proof. They have nothing to prove. The state does.

Wow so much evidence and so in detailed. At this point the prosecution proved their case five times over. Amazing job 👏🏼
Bone girl was incredible.
Honestly she was amazing!
Her testimony was fascinating, right. I wish I could see some illustrations of what she descrobes, right
Chandler is guilty as hell, right.
I watch lots of trials, cuz I find them so interesting. This is so far the only trial, I have watched , that the defense attorneys never seem to talk to their client, not as far as I've seen, each time they show them at their table. To me it's odd. I've seen other comments here also mention it. Strange!
The bone specialist lady is so well spoken. All of her words are dictated impeccably.
Totally agree! The way she would look at the jury and say, "ok?" was so endearing.
Such details, he has to be sitting there thinking, how the heck do they know so much!
Webs of lies is astounding!
This is next level evil.
It appears he had two girlfriends at the same time? Cat stated she started dating him in 2019, and Dakotah said she was with him for 1 year, and they found the swimming place in 2020. Maybe they were just friends at that point, though? Did anyone else catch that ...
On what day did Dakota testify?
I’m not gonna excuse the fact that Chandler’s online friend “gifted” him a gun.
Was that a river or a lake? River sir..and there was a bridge to the right. ( Did I ask you if there was a bridge?!?! - Juan Martinez in my head , years later... )
I studied psychology nearly 5 yrs, abnormal and psychosis, psychotic and sociopathic persons and I still can't wrap my head around how anyone can butcher a person like a side of beef...mind boggling.
Wow, his military friend sounds like a piece of work!! This man comes off as cocky, and his last response of "none of your business" sounds as if he's running a side hustle of selling guns but doesn't want anyone to know.
That information has no bearing to this case whatsoever and he had every right to answer that way. He’s not on trial and he’s not going to give her information she doesn’t need or isn’t pertinent. I would have told her the same thing. I can’t believe the state didn’t object to that question. Never EVER EVER answer questions that are not directly involved with the case you are testifying about. It definitely was none of her business, even if that is his side hustle.
Prior to the “none of your business “ comment I thought it was a gift….Chaz definitely paid for that gun
@@AussieLivvy interesting theory, I wonder if that is a difference in weather or not he could be charged somehow. If he sold it vs gifting it.
You shouldn't make rude comments about someone with a brain injury coming off "cocky". With frontal lobe damage he very likely has no control over how he comes off to you. Be more considerate about people that are different through no fault of their own.
It annoys me how much she says "right"

Smith guy. He's downright rude and sketchy. He seems like a hardened criminal that doesn't want to share too much like he's being a narc.
I have watched this trial several times, still can’t comprehend the insanity 😳
These are the kind of cases (with all the damning evidence) that will be hard for the jury not to form opinions before the defense presents it’s case. I can’t wait to see what the defense will come up with.
Chandlers attorney is proof that anyone can be an attorney. Brains are no longer a requirement. Andrew Smith’s testimony was priceless.
“Frankly, that is none of your business! “😂
She got her point across. Just asking the question conveyed what she needed it to.
Well, she has got nothing. All she is doing is trying to collect that paycheck 🤷
Indeed, what a strange guy. Did you leave the army / complete your stint..? In a way sir?
Was he chucked out?
“It’s none of your business “ really?
Can’t imagine he would have done well in the army..
Hate to know how many weapons this guy has

Wow. I just cannot imagine the level of depravity to kill someone, and then to dismember them AND burn them in a fireplace? Wow... and then it gets even worse. These victims were his own parents! 😲 😯 😮
Unfuckingbelievable !
I literally said the same thing before I saw your comment. He’s special alright …
The guy that gave him the gun is annoying.
This friend of his is a real winner! Still thinks he is in the army. Some guys never get out of that mindset. He seems like a militia member for sure. Thanks for dressing up for court GI Joe. Public defenders are good for things like DUIs, possession of drugs, misdemeanor charges, etc.; NOT high-profile, extensive, double murder & dismemberment cases. 😂 just take the L, Chandler.
