I feel heartbroken for Hannah but I also have empathy for Chloe's situation, I felt glad when the jury acknowledged her mental illness and hope she will get treatment but also felt she does deserve a chance to be free and mentally well. Then I came and watched the closing statements, the only oart of the trial i missed before the very quick verdict. And I have to say the prosecution had a really strong closing. The way she outlined the law.... The jury did get it right. Chloe was potentially seriously mentally ill, in an awful environment under the control of aj abusive man more than twice her age. But she wasnt insane. I would suck on a jury because i would find it hard to vote with my head. Nothing will bring this sweet innocent baby girl back, and IMO a lifetime in a jail cell will not bring justice. Her mom getting REAL mental health help, including DBT for ger EUPD/BPD which is necessary to stop the cycle of intense and unhealthy relationships often toxic in my experience from continuing. Justice should have a lengthy period in confinement but alsonthe chance ti be released, having had the mental health support and therapy. Habing had the time to let the weight of her awful crime sink in and to be given the opportunity at some point to he released and to have a whole kot more emotional intelligence, coping mechanisms and life skills. Id also say BPD doesnt crop up oit of nowhere and from the conversation between her ajd her mother, I can see her childhood likely wasnt perfect. Im sorry fir such a long reply here... Im sure most will disagree with my initial emotional based response that she should have been found NG By reason of insanity. I know i was not in a majority there. But i appreciate this whole process being televised across the world. Closing gave me the chance to approach this without the emotions and logically, factually the jury did carry out their duty perfectly.
I don't believe she killed the baby or tried to kill herself I think the husband did this to them and Chloe won't say anything because she's scared of him and afraid of what he will do to her family
@CountessOlaf maybe Chloe told him she was going to leave with Hannah and so the husband got enraged and tried to kill them both to prevent her leaving with Hannah but fortunately Chloe lived this is only a theory but I think I'm on the right track.

Oh wow Dr. Jacquelyn looks very similar to my mom and her sister. Thats so weird. Except my mom is much older and all her hair is gray and so is my aunt. But my mom has long hair and my aunt has short hair. Sorry I just never seen anyone so closely similar in facial features as my mother.
I feel Chloe had severe post partum depression. I wish her Mother would have had her put in a psych unit for eval before Hannah was killed.
