I just finished the entire 10 minute series for a fabulous workout of 50 minutes! I started with the warm up and was happy to see the videos continuing in order so I didn’t have to stop and search😅! I had the energy today and after almost three months of dedicated workouts 5 days a week, I was able to do the entire series. Lauren, a few months ago I couldn’t have done it. I just discovered your series of videos. I wanted to try some barre exercises and your video popped up in my search. I watched some of it and loved it. Then watched some of another video. My knees and ankles are very cranky from playing multiple sports and my hips and lower back are very tight. I just don't spend the time stretching and working out like I used to. I'm excited to have found your channel and can't wait to do some strengthening and stretching. I also think some of your videos will be great for my elderly parents to do and get a little exercise and strengthening. Fantastic job on your videos!!!

Nice ! Can't have too many stretch videos LOL They are so imperative to a healthy lifestyle. I really enjoyed the leg circles while using a band ( I used a yoga belt) Putting serious emphasis on extending the leg out as much as possible while doing the circles.... YUMMY for that IT band...... Thank you !

HI Nina. I do plan on doing a 10 min standing stretch in my next 10 min workout series. In the meantime, I have the 25 min stretch video that is standing and sitting. Have you done that one? Let me know if you need the link. Also, what about the 15 min chair yoga video?
