Golden milk has been used in India for ages. It's a blend of different spices that support the down-regulation of the nervous system and prepare the body for sleep. I have found that organifi gold and paleovalley superfood golden milk are the best two tasting and formulated golden milk products on the market. Both organic, both delicious and both very high quality. I do like the taste of organifi over paleovalley and that it has magnesium chloride in it. The medicinal mushrooms in paleovalley are nice though on the flip side.

I've been drinking a cup of Paleovalley GM for about a week now and its pretty tasty stuff. I still haven't found the proper base to mix it in though and I've tried water, cows milk and coconut milk. IMO, it's much better in any of the milks than it is in water but it's difficult to get mixed completely in any of them... even with an electric mixer. I'll have to give Organifi a shot next. I never knew this stuff existed but after using it for a week or so, I can definitely feel the results. Thanks for the comparison.

Tried paleovalley for the first time today. It made me feel very relaxed yet energized. I took it around 4pm. It's now 11:26pm and my mind is still wide awake 😳 also, I've been on clean keto so I've been struggling with going to the bathroom and this drink made me very gassy and gurgle stomach.
You may have some gut dysbiosis, so it is killing some things.. I'd venture to say that after a week or two of taking it your body will self regulate better.

What do they taste like exactly?
Great question! I love that question, I could have clarified in the video better. I'm very particular about noticing taste difference so I'll do my best to describe. Organifi Gold is sweeter, and the ingredients are almost crystal-like, in the way they form. Organifi's is sweeter, Paleovalley's is creamier. Paleovalley seems to mix better than Organifi as well. Nutritionally Organifi has magnesium, which is great, while paleovalley has more mushrooms. The links in my comments include discount codes!

Neither one has a turmeric flavor, I think the other ingredients they use sweeten it up enough to not taste the turmeric. You'd think the turmeric would overpower but it doesn't. Organifi gold is spicier than paleovalley for sure. Paleovalley is more mild and creamy, I think the mushrooms make it that way.. organifi has a little spice, a little kick to it. I just tasted both back to back to answer this for you! lol@@jenvarela
