Guys, I have SO fallen in love with this channel (just as I have Eric's other channel). There's ALWAYS something I can make from things I have around the house, to make my day better!
One thing I would LOVE for you to add to the videos, at the end, is a simple slide/text over, with the macros. I think it's important, since, for example, this recipe is super healthy, but if not careful, it's a lot of calories that are easy to consume.

I gotta say, it's amazing how this channel keeps coming up with new recipes. All of which are extremely time efficient yet are comprehensive in nutrition content compared to the original variants that can spike your insulin tremendously. You can tell that Karen really does a lot of experimentation in the kitchen, just as much as Dr. Berg who pulls out health information that's controversial to mainstream medicine yet surprisingly effective. Thank you to both of you for sharing this with us. Much love and appreciation from the keto community :D
