Guys, I have SO fallen in love with this channel (just as I have Eric's other channel). There's ALWAYS something I can make from things I have around the house, to make my day better! One thing I would LOVE for you to add to the videos, at the end, is a simple slide/text over, with the macros. I think it's important, since, for example, this recipe is super healthy, but if not careful, it's a lot of calories that are easy to consume.
I've been using a tumeric ginger tea from Aldi, I add a little cream, as well as cinnamon and... slippery elm bark powder. It does help soothe GERD issues at night, has a pleasant taste, and helps me relax before bed.
I drink this regularly but with some changes. I only use Almond Milk, I add cinnamon and I also use fresh turmeric grated with the ginger. I top off with some melted (grass-fed) butter. I find the taste tainted too much by the coconut milk but it's not bad topped off with it instead of the butter. It's very, very filling!
