I was diagnosed with Breast cancer in 2018. Oncologist said Chemotherapy will hopefully shrink my tumour before having an operation to take it out. Drinking turmeric milk twice a day, morning and evening helped not just shrink my cancerous tumour but totally killed it. Oncologist was very surprised by results and asked me what I had done during Chemotherapy because I had 100% response from it, which is rare. Turmeric milk is a common drink in Asian households. The benefits of this spice is well known as a healthy all-rounder. Here's the recipe:
    Recipe:
1tsp Turmeric (good quality, organic bought from Amazon or any Asian shop)
    1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 Cup Milk (dairy, soya, coconut, almond, oatmilk etc)
    1/4 tsp Olive Oil
1tsp Stevia ( or any sweetner, Optional)
    Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, then heat it for at least approx 2 minutes. Drink daily, twice a day. Morning and evening.
    Notes:
You can replace the Olive oil with any other fat, like ghee. If using nut or coconut milk, or any other fatty milk, leave the fat out. Fat is needed so the turmeric is dissolved in lining of your cells, otherwise it won’t be absorbed by the body. Black pepper powder enhances the drinks potency. If you heat it up, the drink’s potency is increased 12 times! I drank the turmeric drink religiously, everyday, twice a day. If I forgot and remembered later, even at night, I got up from sleep to drink it. Please remember this is an aid and not a total cure for cancer. It just aided in killing the cancerous cells, along with cancer treatment. It's a good all rounder for general health anyway.
I also ate clean, no junk food, processed etc. No soda drinks, and more importantly, I cut out sugar. I researched that sugar aids in cancerous growth. I deprived my tumour from growing by doing the above things. I am now doing intermittent fasting , 4 years on. If you look up online in UA-cam, there's plenty of information on Cancer and doing intermittent fasts. Try looking up Dr. Jason Fung, board certified doctor, Dr Berg (a nutritionist) et al. They provide all the info about fasting and cancer. 🙏

I've just started drinking Turmeric Milk this past month. I drink it every other day. I can't tell you the many differences I've felt. The most important difference, for me, is my mood. I've dealt with depression for many years. I've tried many different things, on top of different medications. I found a medication that somewhat works, but now that I drink this milk, I feel different! In a good way. I don't feel angry, or frustrated, or down anymore. I feel lighter. I can't even describe it that well, but hopefully this encourages someone to try it. I don't think you would regret it. I'm never going back, clear skies ahead for me. My sugar cravings have also decreased significantly, I'm very happy, thank you for sharing this information with us 💕

I've been drinking turmeric-ginger tea (home-made) for 2 months . I could say, it helped with my digestion and bowel movement. I used to have blood in my rectal and I am worried about colon cancer. But since I started drinking it I have smooth bowel movement. Actually my main purpose was to eliminate the inflammation in my breast. I have a sudden breast cyst and that's another health worries of mine. Now, the tumor is subsiding and the pain is gone. I could say, by drinking turmeric-ginger tea I got more benefits than what I hope for. I enjoy eating Indian food so now I am learning how to cook more Indian dishes. Golden milk:
      1 cup whole milk
      1\2 tsp Turmeric
1\8 tsp or big pinch of fresh/finely ground black pepper (start w big pinch)
1\4 tsp ground cinnamon or small piece of cinnamon stick
1\4 tsp ground ginger or fresh grated ginger\or one thin slice
      1 or 1 1\2 tsp honey
*1\4 tsp coconut oil if using milk alternative that contains no fat or you can use it in 2% or 1% milk for xtra fat and flavor
Combine all ingredients except honey and coconut oil in small sauce pan over medium low heat. Stir well to dissolve Turmeric as much as possible and so it doesn't burn, you just want it barely simmering around edges of pan.
I use a small whisk, it make it frothy and delicious!
Take off of heat, pour it in a cup, add your honey and coconut oil and stir well.
      Options:
Coconut milk- you don't have to add coconut oil if you use this
      Almond milk
      Oat milk
      1cardomom pod
      1 clove
      Dash of vanilla
      Piece of Star anise
Play with recipe to make it the way you like. The turmeric amount remains steady in a one cup recipe.
You need to have fat in the milk, whichever you use because Turmeric and the Piperine in black pepper are fat soluable.
Fresh ground pepper is best because the compound that enhances Turmeric absorption, Piperine, may have lost it's beneficial properties in pre-ground form.
Enjoy!!! My favorite is when I make it with coconut milk once a week for a treat!

Here are a few reasons why it is better to cook turmeric:
Heat exposure increases the solubility of curcumin in water by 12 folds.
Heat exposure increases the solubility of turmeric in water by 3 folds.
Curcumin degrades within 30 mins at normal body temperature, heat exposure protects curcumin from such degradation and stabilizes it.
Cooking turmeric with oil at 100 degrees Celsius increases its bioavailability.
Cooking turmeric at high temperatures (above 100 degrees celsius) degrades curcumin to compounds that have better or equipotent medicinal properties. Turmeric and black pepper each have health benefits, due to the compounds curcumin and piperine. As piperine enhances curcumin absorption in the body by up to 2,000%, combining the spices magnifies their effects. They may reduce inflammation and improve digestion, particularly in supplement form.

I drink: 250 ml of organic whole milk, 12 grams of 100% organic coco; a dash of organic cinnamon; a dash of organic cayenne pepper; and a dash of organic Tumeric warmed up. I drink while reading, and then I sleep through the night like a baby. In the morning then, the first thing I do is my breathing exercises, and then I drink a pint of lemon water, sometimes with pink himalayan salt. It's a great start to the day and a great way to end a day.

I am 66, I had my first bout of cancer at 42,every one was sad and afraid but, siblings, friends, parents. Now before these sites came on the phones,I made a tea out of all the herbs and spices in mom kitchen cabinet, I knew nothing about turmeric, sage, basil, parsley, oregano, thyme flax seed, cinnamon, fennel seeds, ginger, garlic powder, bell pepper, onion, celery out the crisper, I just boiled the ingredients slowly, drained in in cheese cloth, drunk it,then I heard that spiritual voice in my head ( Again ) it said to eat and wash the dregs from the cheese cloth with a glass of water, I did this off and on for about 2 or 3 weeks, the cancer center had already called my parents and told them the cancer has spread to the other lung, and it's to far gone, I laughed it off,but I hated to see mom and my sisters crying 😢
But here I am still being a pain to my family and friends, a couple of years later it returned in my testes, but I repeated my homemade brew. I know now that the spices and herbs had alot to do with it, especially the turmeric.
P.S The cancer center told me there's no medical reasons for me to be living. 🙂🤲😎🙏

A few years ago I took the gel-caps and didn't notice much difference. Today I cook with it and there has been a noticeable difference. May 2022 I started having a craving for Turmeric Rice for some reason. I fought the urge for a few days and then made a pot one evening. I ate three bowls that night. The next day I was expecting to see a fasting glucose of 130mg/dL or higher but was surprised to see my glucose meter show 81mg/dL. My blood pressure was also lower than normal. I experimented with it different ways and concluded to just cook with it and make sure I use black pepper. A couple of weeks later blood work was done and came back with everything being normal and my fasting glucose that morning was 80mg/dL. The following week I saw my doctor and he was very pleased and it was the first time he didn't chastise me about anything. Now most things I eat turmeric is in or on it and I put a dash in my first cup of coffee in the morning along with a dash of ginger. Oh, my weight had also dropped a few pounds and it was nice to not hear "I want you lose a few pounds" from the doctor. This time last year I weighed 207 and in June it was 185. Sister and wife say that I need a new wardrobe. At one point I weighed 250 pounds.

Wow. So glad I found out about it being fat soluble. I take curcummin tablets when I have my period particularly when I have severe cramps from adenomyosis and endometriosis. I also give it to my husband when he has a gout flare up.I’ve been trying to add turmeric to more foods like adobo, air fryer chicken and of course Soto Ayam a traditional Indonesian chicken noodle soup. Thanks Doc. ❤

@@ILOVENJ00 I will check into it. I’m in Bali a while longer so have been taking fresh turmeric golden latte particularly or a mix tonic they call Jamu when I recently had asthma and a lot of clear mucus that turned out to be streptococcus. Turmeric is very expensive in Australia though.
When you say heating and drying do you mean that from the TCM perspective? Thank you

    • @CruzR1111
      @CruzR1111 Рік тому

@@ILOVENJ00 thank you so much 🙏 very kind of you. I also meant to add TCM or Ayurvedic perspective. I actually studied Ayurvedic consultation but only got through 1/3 of it as I was going through grief and loss and also had an unfortunate traumatic encounter with cab driver and dropped out and stopped leaving apartment for a long time, so to be honest I really don’t recall too much from Ayurvedic medicine class. I do however see an acupuncturist/herbalist and regularly take TCM herbs.
I appreciate the time and advice you’ve given and will have a go with growing turmeric. I will be moving back to Queensland from Sydney in couple of months and it is a much hotter and more humid climate like India and Bali so I will give it a whirl. Be well and keep shining your love and light.

I tried this for the first time last night, and I can't believe the results! One night! 17 years ago, I dislocated my pelvis, and broke my tailbone delivering my son. Needless to say, pain is just a part of my life everyday. After drinking this, for the first time in I can't remember when, I slept nearly pain free! My feet didn't swell painfully overnight, and I rested well! ❤️ THANK YOU! ❤ ❤️ I'm going to force the hubby to try it, lol!
I did: 1 cup whole milk, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 drops cinnamon bark essential oil, pinch of black pepper, 1 tablespoon honey. I heated it all and blended with a coffee blender. It tasted great! I've learned so much from you!
