Very difficult to actually consume the amount of greens you should for optimal health. Powders help with this

I have to say I find your rare combo of down to earth eloquence, which enables you to showcase your scientific logic nerd brain, plus your 007 Bondesque tight polo neck appearance quite hot. Thank you for this video as some of the influencers I follow are always peddling a certain brand of green powders so I have been considering trying some. But as they explain their benefits in a vague way and are sponsored I was dubious, so this is extremely helpful. Thanks for generously sharing your proper knowledge. I have just subscribed.

I’m going to make an effort to dehydrate all the edible parts of the vegetables grow that I don’t consume in regular form. Radish leaves are great in a potato soup (blended), carrot leaves make a lovely pesto, and broccoli stems are fantastic cut into discs and roasted. You can also freeze onion peels and other unused veg to make into a vegetable broth.

I started using green powders when I began having digestive problems last year which turned out to be a lactose intolerance. I’ve started reducing the amount I take and will probably eventually cut them out completely. I think they have helped get me through a difficult time. I also grow microgreens which are more easily digested. They’re delicious! Have you looked into these? Many people find certain vegetables difficult to digest so I think powders, microgreens and a low fodmap diet seems like a good option. Do you agree? Thank you for your guidance. 😊

I would have been so confused if you would have said we can absorb almost nothing…. Considering how easily we absorb prescription medication
