Flex your glutes on top of the lift. Your hips will automatically come forward. Kaya deadlift tawag jan kase dead steady ung bar. No momentum at all.

Kung ung arms at bar straight paano magkakaroon ng lever pra mag produce ng force? Well pagmabigat nmn ung weight pupunta k s optimal position kung saan ang shoulder ay slighty in front of the bar to create a lever. Sana pinut into consideration ang anthropometry s hip height ng deadlift. At the lockout position sana sinabi nyo n isqueeze ang glutes pra hindi mag overextend at mag lockout ng maayos.
ung glute activation talaga napakaunderrated. iniisip kasi ng iba na back exercise deadlift, pero ang totoo napakahamstring saka glute dominant nito. starting position pa lang dapat nakaengage na glutes, lalo na sa lockout. madaming naiinjure kasi yung lower back nila yung nageengage kesa sa glutes.

Ako rumatrat ng ng deadlift kagad, basta derecho likod kahit ano mangyare, dapat palakasin din ang grip, delikado to guys kaya ingat, pero lakas ng angas factor nito pag mabigat na, nakaka 180 kilos na ko. Never ako na injured sa deadlift, sa gitna ng paa yung bar. Sigaw din malakas bago tumirada. Sabay legs at back dyan, daya pag legs.. disclaimer I worked in the market lifting slaughtered pigs when i was younger, nakatulong din siguro. Sa matatamaan yung shin mo , kaya din baliktaran ang hawak sa bar, nasa lakas na din ng ibang muscles para ma balance yan. Di dapat tamaan ang shin, injury ka talaga nun.
Higop lang ng maraming hangin at hold. Buga lahat pag baba.

Kung dumbell gamit mo sa bahay oaano execution mo ng Deadlift since sa barbell need tumama plates sa floor?
Malalaman nyo po yung tama range of motion sa deadlift pag sa may nid shin or try to imagine gaano yun taas nung barbell pag may plates then imimic nyo yun gamit dumbbell nyo yun na po yung baba nun db
