      I worked in Dubai for almost 7 years selling workout stuff for Crossfit, Les Mills, Body Pump, body combat, Yoga and body building.Try Reebok Legacy Lifter shoes. Reebok brand specialized workout and training stuff. You are right sir running shoes is not good for lifting like squats. It won't give stable position while lifting.

    Thanks bro! Started lifting 3 months ago. Setup home 5 in 1 bench. Kaso i don’t have a squat rack yet. Manual pg lift ko ng bars mula harap palikod ehe.

    Buti nalang Leg Day ko bukas at napanood ko ito pwede po ba sa akin ang Split Training matagal ko na po ito ginagawa and ngayon nakapag-split training ulet ako 13 years palang po ako pakisagot po sana yung tanong Salamat po.

      as long as flat, yes. Nike training shoes are usually flat and suitable for squats and weightlifting.

    Bkit s heel mag ggenerate ng power at hindi s mid foot kung saan balance ang weight mo. Paano rin po ang proper breathing and bracing o valsalva maneuver? Ano rin pong point ng pag squeeze ng glutes s taas?

      lll aaa heel to midfoot. Squeeze glutes for glute activation. Big inhale before negative exhale against belt at top if may belt. Usually for heavy powerlifting. Goal namin is for hypertrophy/muscle building

    Sir hindi po ako maka lakad ng maayos at maka akyat sa hagdan normal po ba yun? dahilan po kasi ng intense leg workout.
