one of my fav way to eat chapagetti is by adding about half tbsp of gochujang to the sauce. it adds savouriness and body to the sauce, rounds it up too! so good!! got it from baek jongwon in one of bts run episodes

Yum! Black bean noodles are One of my favourite noodles my dad adds chopped pork pieces chopped tofu and chopped carrots and peas its amazing and delicious!
I need to work out how to get into doing this. Channels such as yours, SenpaiKai, Lisa Nguyen, ACookNamedMatt just to name a few are such a huge inspiration, but not knowing how to take that leap of faith and take that first step is such a challenge ._.
Any suggestions on how to get started?
This was the approach I took and it’s going pretty well. Start off with simple things you know how to make, for me it was pasta, rice, etc. once you learn how to do those well enough that you get a good product every time, start making food that gets more complex. One of those things for me was mac and cheese, because you can use a lot of different cheeses and spices to make it more flavorful, but it was still simple enough that it wouldn’t take me forever to make. As those foods become more easy to cook, take another baby step, and then another, and then another. Take your time perfecting the recipes you want to perfect, and soon you will be making plenty of recipes you love. This worked for me. What didn’t work for me was just jumping in and making a recipe i wasn’t ready for. This worked for baking too, if you’re interested in that as well. I hope this helped!
@@wisterias8408 - I hear you, I feel like I've got my cooking locked down personally but making these videos and then unleashing them into the world is a very new side to the process.
As mentioned above though, just getting started and taking it step by step is the only way to improve.
Let's prepare to make some mistakes ^^
@@TheScarsOfMyYouth maybe plan/try out your format and see what works for you, ex: shorts, long form videos, voiceover or not, etc...I find comfort in planning my approaches and sending samples to my friends for criticism, though remember that not everything might pan out as you’d like and there’s no harm in doing stuff as you go!
The audience will make its way to you, so don’t fall into the trap of churning out viral cookie-cutter bs, being honest & at times vulnerable pays off.
And like another person said above, take the first step, don’t overthink it...once you do, you’ll fall into the rhythm and rock!

The dish is originally from northern China, Koreans liked it and basically made a version of their own.
