Fun fact: It’s not actually Mark’s recipe.
It is created by one of Mark’s fans. This fan wanted to introduce Mark to more people so she created this recipe and named after him. As she wanted, it went viral.
Yup from what I remember, she joined a food competition where you had to use convenience food to make a recipe. This was her creation and by popular vote she won! She named it Mark's meal for the reason you stated, for people to know Mark! 😁

The "ramen" that Kylie Jenner uses is just some random pack of instant noodles cuz Asian ramen brands would never make plain seasoning. And even if it was a decent ramen brand she picked the packet with the least flavorful seasoning

**funfact: Mark's recipe is slightly different with the video**
The original recipe is using an instant noodle called 콕!콕!콕! 스파게티 (it is an instant noodle that kind of tastes like tomato spaghetti) and you mix the whole thing (not only the noodles) with the instant rice cakes with sausages and noodles
It will taste very different :)) But I still like both versions

In my (admittedly limited) experience with Asian noodles, I've found that having a really thick, savory sauce is what makes it, so I think I would like Hwasa's the best. That sauce looked amazing, and the egg yolk on top really brightened it up.
I love Chenles ramen. I tried it but obviously I kind of made it my own way and it was SOO good. I recommend this if you like spicy and Lao gam ma

Chenle's ramen looks so good but I think the flavor will depend so much on what flavor is the ramen seasoning, will try it!
My ramen recipe is a mix of Chenle and Mark's. I put tomatoes and onion (chopped) in water along with the seasoning and veggie packets and let those cook for a bit, then I add in the noodles and cook those. If I want protein, I'll add in cut-up hot dogs (Hebrew National or not at all!) along with the egg. While that is cooking, I add some mozzarella to the bottom of my bowl then pour everything from the pot into the bowl and enjoy!

I just made hwassas noodles but with shin ramen and no egg or truffle oil. It really elevates the spice but not too much when I’m tearing up. The noodles are super soft, and almost slimy in the best way possible. I wouldn’t do it every time I eat ramen but if I have extra time and am not super hungry I’ll do it

for people who don't know, hwasa's recipe isn't just a random ramen, it is the easier korean recipe for Jajangmyeon or also called Chapaghetti(brand name), it has black bean sauce in the inside (the brown thing).

@@justaloser2390 i will say, just noodles, ramen is only the type of meal you are going to eat, but every noodles are just noodles, you can do what you want with them. For example, i have udon noodles at home, but with them i can make ramen, stir fried noodles or anything i want ;)

Another fun fact re CHENLE RAMEN: I also just saw that she didn't really use the ramen noodles chenle used, its Kang Shi Fu Beef Noodles. There's a shop in korea which sells chinese ramen where chenle (and jisung) bought the chinese ramen from in that one ep of chenji this and that and they sell that particular ramen with laoganma in a bundle because of chenle ramen

I feel like David’s and Kylie’s mixed would be really good (side note I made Mark’s but I used the stovetop ramen and added the tomato like Chenle’s it was really good)
Mark Tuan's version is no doubt the best tho it's not his original menu but still....that ramen is the bomb!
It's my favorite after David Chang's butter and cheese ramen recipe. Mark Tuan's ramen seems much healthier and something I can eat more often though.

My personal ramen recipe (feel free to try it!!):
Step 1: Get your ramen packet.
Step 2: Open it up.
Step 3: Eat the noodle brick because you can’t be arsed to do anything else.

I literally do the same but like I put the seasoning on the noodle block, put it back in the packet, close the packet , crush the noodles, aggressively shake the packet and voila. They taste crispy and I kinda prefer them like that.

Personally, my fave is Mark’s because it’s simple and some of the ingredients are accessible :) btw Ms Inga Lam, Chenle’s name is actually pronounced as ‘Chunlu’ like the u of lungs not Chenle like the e of hen. That’s how they spell it in NCT’s youtube channel anyway (천러 or cheonleo)

Hwasa's recipe actually got turned into a real instant ramen but then nongshim didnt use her as a cf model nor did they give her credit, so hwasa became the model for ottogi jjampong instead
