Hi, idk you, but I been there depression and anxiety I know how it feels, but life is not easy. It took me two years to get over it and it wasn’t easy. What helped me was talking to a counselor or therapist. She was the best. Also talking to my close friends and came closer to my family. Idk your religion, but I had lost faith in God I had little faith left and one day I decided to look for him and ask him to help me if he really excited. He heard me and he guide me to a better religion and all my faith and love is for him. I got a new job, I have health and finally have peace and faith in my life. Try to take walks or go for coffee to shops read staying inside in a dark room will only make it worst. Best of luck ❤

Create a dog bowl for breakfast and dinner Breakfast: 25 grams of dry dog food, 30-40 grams of boiled plain unsalted chicken breast, 10 grams of green bean and 2 small fresh cut carrots from a bag. For dinner, swap the green beans and carrots with broccoli and cucumbers. On the weekends, swap the chicken with non-farm raised baked salmon.
