I loved this session. It was calming and I almost fell asleep during the fish pose. I loved the various options that you demonstrated when using the bolster. That gave me lots to play around with and I found what options worked well with my body. What a great entrance from your beautiful dogs at the end of the session - that made me smile. Dearest Sarah, you are by far the most connected to your body yoga instructor I have practiced with. Look at your sweet puppies, I started crying during one pose and my little companion came up to lick my face. I am in an energetic process..th is wave has lasted two years thus far. Lately it has been so intense without any let up of body symptoms. I am scared and don't know if I can really go on...it is so depleting. I did yoga right away when I woke up because later on in the day I can't. Thanks I had a hard time resting in my body because that's where all the discomfort is. I so appreciate your style and all the awareness you bring to your practice. Namaste'
This was lovely. Your cues are perfectly worded & timed to get at the heart of letting go. This felt like the Yin classes I came to know and love at my home studio which, sadly, didn't survive the pandemic. Thank you.
Loved this! Did right before bed, but any time would have been perfect for it. You billed it as yin, but many classes actually called restorative aren't quite as restorative, relaxing, and nourishing. It just made perfect sense to be in each and every pose---like there was no other way to be in that moment. Thank you!
What a wonderful restorative class - the pace was perfect, the asanas deeply relaxing and the gentle background music enhanced the calming experience. Plus it’s always a bonus to see adorable doggies! Thank you so much - this will definitely become a new favourite of mine 🙏

Loved this, we have enough time to get in & out of each posture. The feeling after, of lightness, particularly in the lower back is so amazing. Thankyou for this practice. Feeling very relaxed, will be doing this often 😁🙏
Wonderful Class. I usually practice Yin in the evening however, my aching lower back kept me awake all night, that when I saw this class pop up, I decided to do it immediately. It was lovely. I definitely feel better than I did an hour ago. Thank you 🙏 🧘🏻♀️
