OMG that opening shavasana hit me like a truck, in a good way. I felt beside myself, pushing and going today and there was just instant relief and relaxation. I'm swapping over to yoga nidra ;) I'm beat. Thank you for sharing! I love your approach!!!!!!!!!!
That was a very imporltant practice for me. Staying present...I am in an energetic process that has been really rough....I want to learn not to panic when these body symptoms arise...That would be so helpful, because my fear about what is happening in my body makes the symptoms worse.
