    I've heard of Alfalfa, Mung Bean, Broccoli sprouts but never Pumpkin sprouts, definitely sprouting some pumpkin seeds and the dressing, that is tradition oil, lemon, salt and pepper, you remind me of a UA-cam friend I had here years ago, CuteCatFaith, may she rip having passed in January 2015, living in France with her french husband, she said it was either olive oil, lemon salt and pepper or vinegar, lemon, salt and pepper. Thank you for sharing Easy Life, 👍and greetings👋from central Mexico.🤠

    I am growing 3 pumpkins for meat and seeds for growing microgreens in the winter. I have also harvested 50 mammoth sunflowers for seeds for growing microgreens and as feed for my chickens. Plus I have potatoes and sunchokes and dried chives and scallions that I have grown. I will also grow mung bean, lentil, mustard, quinoa, amaranth, pea, broad bean ... microgreens this winter. I am freezing my apples, pears, and grapes that I harvested this year. No more vegetables or fruits from the supermarket this winter. LOL Try to cook your microgreens with scrambled eggs. They taste perfect. I use hand crushed sun dried half composted tree leaves as my growing medium. It is perfect for any microgreens, especially peas and broad beans. No fungus gnat.

    I don’t understand why you have to dry them if you’re going to wet them again. Can I just sprout them when they first come out of the squash?

    • @dinatembo5144
      @dinatembo5144 11 місяців тому +1

      Yes, you will need to dry them first in order to rid of the enzymes. Then once they are dry soak them to sprout. If you don't dry them first, the enzymes in them will attract fungus.
