    Good to see many people starting to eat sprouts. Actually we are taking raw sprouts from the past 10 years. Trust me, we haven't taken a single pill nor have visited any doctor since then. Our immunity is so stong that we haven't got sick in the past 10 years.

      Actually we ate gram sprouts in the beginning such as horse gram and green gram sprouts, that too boiled ones. It led to bloating and gastric issues. One day we ate raw vegetable sprouts for a change. It is completely opposite to gram sprouts. It cured gastric and digestive problems. We had doubts about eating raw sprouts causing infections. But my husband, a microbiologist confirmed that bacterial contamination occurs when we use tap water. We need to wash and soak the seeds in filter water or boiled and cooled water. Then we began with 1 spoon of raw sprouts and gradually increased the quantity to 1 cup, mixed with other raw vegetables. Really helps to boost immunity.

    Hamare gaao me aaj se 20 saal pahle yahi khate the..matlab sprouts, bajre ki roti jawar ki roti local vegetables..lekin log jyada hi modern ho gaye..aaj unhealthy khana khane ka chalan bahot badh gaya hai...ek time tha jab log bajra, jau, jowar khate the .toh unhe kaha jata tha ki yeh toh garibo ka khana hai .aur wahi log kah rahe hai ki millets khao sprouts khao...

    A big thanks to Satvic Moment Team. Currently we are eating gram / grain sprouts, though we don't have any issue as of now with this, but yes vegetable sprouts are good too after seeing this video we started with Methi Seeds for sprouting.
    Please suggest what vegetable sprouts we can grow in USA.
    Again thanks a lot for sharing this informative video and an alternatives to grain sprouts.

    स्प्राउट बनाने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है कि बीजों को 6 घंटे भिगोने के बाद एक पतले कपड़े में बांध कर किसी जगह टांग दें।और प्रत्येक 6 से 7 घंटे पर पोटली सहित पानी में डूबा कर फिर टांग दे ।पानी टपकता रहता है और कभी भी नही सड़ता।स्प्राउट बनने के बाद फ्रिज में स्टोर कर लें।

    I was taking Sprouts in the morning and dry fruits in the evening , 15 Soaked Almons, 5 Soaked Walnuts and 20 Soaked pista for 6 months regularly ....inflammation developed in Joints and when diagnosed it was told that I have high uric acid

    Thank you, trying this out! Just to improve healthier eating habits.
    Any recommendations on diet do keep up the calories, as I'm running, eating healthy sometimes means reducing calories, which results in losing some muscle mass.
    What foods to add daily? Chickpeas? Beans? Lentils? Avacado? As salads have close to 0 calories...

    I have ordered sprouts from your website, you are doing such a great work, but might be I have allergy of radish sprouts when I have it I felt vomited and my stomach was also paining badly, I felt uneasy to the entire day, all other sprouts are good but I didn't suits radish sprout , I have faith and i also followed some tips from you religiously and it's also beneficial for me.

    I used to make broccoli sprouts way back in 2011 because it was very good for my husband he was always into healthy eating..way back 16hrs ago he’d stopped having milk/ n many other products..mostly Soymilk/ berries/fruits/veggies…

    Important point:
    People who are doing hard works like under sun, gym guys, athletes etc must choose lentil sprouts made from moongdal, black eye grains...
    People who work under rook like Teachers, software engineers, government officers, mothers, etcmustchoose vegetable sprouts... like raddish grains, fenugreeek grains etc..

    Nice .. But I didn't like muli n methi sprouts taste bitter 😣
    Other 2 taste good.. N. I've mixed all the seeds together in one container 🥴

    Simply wonderful and true. The micro nutrients bless the body in so many wonderful ways as long as they are grown in a proper way to gain the nutrients that will bless the body.Plants need 16 essential nutrients to grow and be healthy, categorized as macronutrients and micronutrients:
    Macronutrients
    Needed in larger amounts, these include nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). They're often referred to as NPK.
    Micronutrients
    Needed in smaller amounts, these include iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), boron (B), molybdenum (Mo), and chlorine (Cl).
    Other nutrients Plants also require carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and sulfur (S).

    Hi Subah Ji, My sprout kit arrived yesterday after I ordered it from the satvic Movement website. Is it possible to mix all four seeds with a tablespoon each and sprout them, following which I can consume them all together in a salad?

    Thanks a lot to you & your team. The way you explain is very nice. I've ordered sprout kit from Satvik and received it. Tried it, it tastes good. So enquired over here, in shops also. Shopkeepers don't know, "अल्फल्फा", "तिपतिया". May I request to know, what it is called in Marathi & Gujarathi language. Also let me know whether to eat it raw or boil it before eating. Do reply.
