      @@YogaStationHindi maim i have a question, in the starting minute i feel i have complete breath but in later strokes i feel my abdominal moves less or more energy is required is it ok and will be fine with practice or i am doing something wrong...?

    Mam , its 100 % right that kapalbhati should practice slowly for beginner ..
    I have practice it at fast pace in beginning and had complications due to wrong practice...
    But after watching your video Now I practice it very slowly and found lot of benifits like no headache, digestive issues are improving

    Why do I feel dizzy for sometime after doing kapalbhati I do 100 strokes per minute for 10 mins with small break after every minute.

    Very useful knowledge ma'am kapalbhati or dusre aaasan bhi khana khane k baad kitne samy baad or kitna samy pehle kar sakte hai or light diet means fruit vegetables khane k baad or heavy diet dal sabji roti khane k baad or pehle ka kya gap hona chahiye ma'am please jaldi answer kar dijiye kio k mein eyes problem mein hu to usko recover karne k liye kapalbhati kar rahi hu

      Beech mai pani nahi pijiye 30 min pehle ya 30 min baad.
      Abdominal discomfort ho sakta hai 🙂
